Yamhill County Circuit Court is as pleasant as court can be. While visiting as a real estate appraiser expert witness, I enjoyed the courteous service and friendly employees.

When I went in to get my name changed they were very friendly and helpful. the man and woman behind the security counter gave me the directions I needed and were courteous and friendly.

Ok, so I can say that nobody like being there. Period. However, the security officers at the front door are always kind, friendly and helpful. The people that work in the family law dept are extremely helpful when doing your own court papers, also kind and courteous literally every time I go in. The judges, as far as I've experienced, are fair. Sometimes short, but fair.

Security is friendly and helpful. Desk clerk at 128, not so much. Not the person who should be greeting vulnerable individuals seeking assistance. I am so thankful to have been there for my niece, this woman alone would have discouraged her from seeking legal protection.

Why do cops get called on me for music, and video game playing when I live, and rent homes alone yearly?

Jennifer Chapman is a biased, man hating judge. She won't let men testify without attacking them, and working for the female as their attorney. She let my ex lie, and drag me into her court of man hate for no reason. Even she said I didn't do anything, and she was mad at me for getting away. So she started with the attacks, the name calling. Wouldn't let me present evidence or testify, or my witness, but attacked me when I didn't fall for my ex fake emotional display like she did. Jennifer then did all she could to hurt me in future hearing, and said she would like to hurt me more if she could. She was all about giving the women who did such horrible things to me a completely unfair advantage. She wouldn't let me present evidence, or let my witness testify because she didn't want to hear it. The only thing she admitted that mattered to her is my ex and her ability to fake cry, and make things up. This women is the outcome of just shoving women into positions without making sure they can do the job. It's obvious she has problems with men coming from personal issues that she uses the court system as a judge to attack any man she can justified, or in my case not. She has put a feather in my cap about how bad a woman can be when she cheats her way into a position she is extremely poorly suited for. I'll never trust women again let alone the judicial system and it's undebatable extreme anti straight male bias in this state. We live in an age of fake women, form their hair to the heavy makeup to the fake victim playing. I just thought a judge would be above all that. I found out Jennifer isn't a judge, she is the girl from clueless all grown up who found a way to attack the men she thinks are scary looking. She said that was part of her defense for dragging me into her circus court of unjust male hate. Oregon in the last few years has become such a gender biased state against men so badly men of Oregon should be able to class action the state for how poorly they are treated. I should be able to sue the state for how judges like Jennifer will openly violate those rights, then attack that man, and attempts to play the victim her self. I thought I was going to court not to a place where a "judge" was setting me up for being a man, and doing as much damage to me like she said she wanted to do. Unfortunately as a man you won't get fair treatment in female(family) court. It's set now to be the first free shot for dishonest women to take advantage of men. Women don't lie in just words now, they lie in full set up, and victim playing after their attack. It's not what you expect from a judge. I used to support women getting these positions, now that I have seen the reality ill never vote for a woman for anything again. I know a female vote means more male rights lost unjustly. Jennifer Chapman did that for me, she is an absolute embarrassment to a system that has become an tool of liars all the way up to the supreme Court. All I can say is as a man be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen, and realize you don't have rights like your female ex Jennifer is giving the unfair advantage to in her quest to not only steal from you, but make you as the man look like a bad guy. All that said I confidently say Jennifer Chapman is a sad excuse for what gets forced into place in the unchecked female takeover of our society, and has no business being a judge.

I am hurt and burdened by the Circuit Court Judges Chapman and Wiles backing a con-artist, battering, thief. My children ripped away. I have not had them as their mom in over four years. My historical 70 year old family home ripped away. Is this justice? I am in pain and hurting ever since I stepped into this courthouse. My car damaged in the parking lot from a Deputy shoving a veteran into it. What good is happening in this county with hurtful people in power?

I’m not exactly sure why an attorney is allowed to yell, berate, gesture, pace, pound tables, wad up paper, and generally act like a fool during court sessions. I thought attorneys were officers of the court and representatives of a noble and dignified profession. This courthouse and it’s judges are very small town unprofessional clowns. It’s literally a circus and the ring masters seems to almost enjoy inappropriate and obscene abuse of attorney ethics and conduct.

The bar association has been contacted regarding attorney conduct and an investigation has already begun. The state judicial ethics standards are also being researched and a complaint formalized regarding judicial indiscretion. The attorney in question is also being investigated for knowingly and intentionally espousing false and misleading evidence and information. It’s our very own “Saul Goodman.”

It might be a good idea for judges to share with court visitors if there could potentially be a conflict of interest as they are former coworkers with local attorneys - including the loudest and most obnoxious to be allowed to operate in a courthouse.

The Yamhill county judiciary and family court is a disgraceful and biased institution that serves only the interests of women and themselves. The judges, including Judge Easterday and her lackey Judge Collins, are nothing but bigots who orchestrate biased and corrupt hearings that are tilted in favor of women. They blatantly disregard the father's rights and welfare, allowing hearings to go on without notifying them, and then holding them responsible for financial losses they were unaware of. They award legal fees to Jill Fox, a lawyer who has been handpicked to handle the cases, regardless of the dirty tactics she employs.

All three judges have been investigated for their violation of ethical codes, but they seem to have no moral compass, as evidenced by their corrupt and dirty practices. Judge Easterday's "race summit" to combat racism is nothing but a joke, given her biased and discriminatory behavior. It is high time that she and her corrupt colleague, Judge Collins, be sacked, to ensure a better outcome for all.

The court clerk, with her brown hair and bottom that looks like two bags of sand, is a scumbag who is in league with Judge Easterday. She has orchestrated six hearings for my ex, all of which were scheduled by the same clerk, and Judge Easterday awarded legal fees to my ex's lawyer, despite my protests of not being notified. I would advise all men to watch out for this scumbag, to ensure that all pages are present in their documents.

This cesspool of a court has no moral compass and is corrupt to the core. The women in the judges' chambers are no different, as they too are corrupt and dirty. I wouldn't trust them to take out my trash, let alone handle important legal matters. Men, be warned - attempting anything in this court without a lawyer present is a recipe for being wronged and laughed at. The judges will do everything in their power to ensure that you lose, regardless of your rights and the law.

We were delivering two very large packages for Amazon. Our gps instructed us to go through security clearance of the courthouse. When we approached the security guard named C. Johnson he was extremely rude and then had us carry two large packages through hallways doorways in order to get to the Yamhill youth detention division and then remarked that, “You are not to come back here.” And shut the door on us. We got to the Youth detention and Cliff helped us, Cliff was very professional and kind.

I had the pleasure of watching Judge Wiles convict a young lady on an officer's opinion today because "she is short in stature". An opinion that has no evidence backing it up. Judge Wiles is about as inept as I've ever seen and be very careful coming up against Judge Wiles as he discriminates against short people. If that's the case then any short person can be taken to jail because an officer said the person was short. Discrimination and Appellate proceedings already started! It's time someone shows these "Judges" to rule impartially and not to side with opinion no matter if it comes from an officer or a member of the community. Remember it must be fact, not opinion or conjecture, there must be proof.

This county is a joke. Why make life easier for criminals by letting them call/zoom in when the victim shows up. Make their butts show up to court. Embarrassing

I've never had a good experience here to be completely honest. When you first enter the courthouse youre greeted with a metal detecter and two guards, a large, bald male and a smaller blonde female. The large bald man running the machine once told my boyfriend and I he could shoot us if we lied to him, he then pointed to a camera behind him and said, "theres a room of cops in there that can come out and shoot you too. Don't lie to me." This is after my boyfriend forget he had an ID in his pocket. In no way was this porfessional. He should never be in a possition of power. I wish his shirt had a name on it, neither of the two guards have names on their shirts. I had a court appointment this week and I was told by the female working the metal detector to unlock my phone which I thought was strange since not once have I needed to do that in the past. Turns out thats a 5th admendment violation. I unlocked it out of ignorance and fear, I wish I were more educated. This place runs on "yes, sir. No, sir" opperations. Everyone is rude and oversteps their boundaries with their badges. If I could give this place less than one star I would. If I could have the fat guard reported I would, I wish I knew his name. In no way is telling someone "I can shoot you" passable let alone funny. THATS NOT A JOKE. YOURE JOB AND POSSETION OF A FIRE ARM IS NO JOKE BUT YOURE TREATING IT LIKE ONE. Sherrifs here are very stern and never smile. Office workers are short with you. I've never had a good experience here. So everyone, take my experiences with a grain of salt but 80% of the people employed here are pretty awful. These stories only scratch the surface. I wish I had the room to write out everything I've seen and heard in passing. I absolutely, without a doubt, hate this place and no longer have faith in the people running the judiciary system or the cops and sherrifs "protecting" me.
