Bella Casa Property Management managed my rental in Dayton, Oregon. They handled all the details for me, including landlord/tenant laws, taking rent payments, and scheduling maintenance. I had peace of mind that everything was running smoothly and tenants were happy.

Since we live out of the country, it is especially important to us to have someone reliable managing our rental homes. Bella Casa seems to have some great properties. However, they are unresponsive and difficult to work with in scheduling tours. I was understanding the first time when I had to completely rearrange my schedule and take off work to meet the leasing agent's availability. The second time I tried to work with them, they didn't respond to emails or phone calls until after they rented the property. I hope they treat their current tenants better than they treat prospective tenants.

On August 1, 2018, my girlfriend and I scheduled an appointment to view a property that we were told would not be available until August 13th. We made it clear that we would be coming from out of state to view this property. When we arrived in Oregon and were preparing to make our appointment the morning of the 13th, we noticed that the property listing had disappeared from the website and called for clarification. We were told that the company had decided to make the property available sooner and that it was no longer on the market. I understand that the buyers market, being what it is, can change quickly, but we had scheduled the appointment well in advance and let them know we were coming from out of state. The property was taken off the market several days prior to our arrival and we weren’t even given a courtesy call to let us know. We wasted valuable time, money and other resources because of this, and then Bella Casa didn’t even apologize, but instead, started listing other properties that they had available, painfully few of which were comparable in price, location, square footage, etc. UNACCEPTABLE!!
