I had a great experience shopping at this Lowes location. I was in the store a few weeks ago shopping for smoke combo detectors. I must've looked confused because an employee named Mark approached me and asked what he could help me with. Luckily he did. Mark began to ask questions about what type of house it was that I was installing the detectors in. How old? How many bedrooms? Mark guided me through gathering what I needed. I later installed the detectors and passed my smoke inspection. Mark is an asset to the team at Lowes . I shop at Lowes and their competitors, and an interaction like I had with Mark, definitely help me make the decision on who I want to give my business to. Smooth in and out transaction that definitely stood out to me. Thank you Mark for asking if I needed help. Much appreciated!

Wow I went in today just to let some grass seeds and I learned so much thanks to Kristine. She was amazing she didn’t just push me to by the most expensive seeds just all the stuff I needed. I got the rapid grass grow and a 4 and 1 that has feed and weed killer. She was amazing she also helped me with my plants problem I brought plays that need shades but my garden had no cover so July plants burned. Thanks to Kristine I know what plants to get now that need a lot of Sun.

Went there yesterday on 11/15 and purchased vertical blinds needed them cut they did not have someone available to cut but the manager was great she gladly stepped in figured it out and cut them exactly what I needed to they were great very helpful and give him five stars would definitely recommend going back to the store and seeing the manager not sure what her name was but she was a younger woman with dark hair and glasses

I was helped by Chris finding the microwave I wanted, and he brought it to the checkout for me, and had someone bring me a cart at the register. Awesome service.

My parents and I love Lowe's. Every Lowe's we go to is nice and clean and the customer service here is the best!!! Anthony 😊

I went to Lowe’s last night when it was rainy and cold out. Matt in gardening was very helpful in helping me pick out certain items. He did some price checks for me and was just all around super helpful. Ask for him if you are in the gardening section and have any questions..

Really amazing online service.. better than the other competitor.. beautiful plants 🌵 to select from...the store is beautifully decorated with a variety of appliances makes you want to purchase all of them for your property. Great customer service as well...

Birds are always getting trapped in this store. I saw a goldfinch in here once -- I took a picture!

I usually only frequent the gardening section of the store. The flower section is very big, but the employees are nice and even the other customers are nice too! It's interesting to go here, even as a little kid I could always find something interesting to occupy myself with at this store.

If you shop carefully you can get everything you need.

Got exactly what I wanted so happy with my purchases. My knees bothering me on occasion so 🙃 did I say 🙃 I was extremely happy to get dust pan with handle and purchased a new broom so I don't have to bend down again Yessss. Definitely good for people with knee or knees issue.

Had a knowledgeable associate ask if we needed help while shopping (we didnt) but he was still able to strike up a conversation and inform us of a couple items of interest to us without it being awkward or forced as well as some good info we might not have known regarding items in our cart. And to top things off the associate at the checkout counter was great with our 4 year old and letting her help scan the items at check out.
I look forward to coming back for all my needs that this store can fulfill.

Went here with my coworker last week to return some patio tables we bought online. There were some issues finding our order, but this team were so attentive and helpful. We watched everyone at the customer service desk handle issues one after another professionally and quickly. Jayme the manager who helped us multitasked and communicated with her team amazingly. After 2 decades working in a customer related industry I could not have been more impressed. Jayme got everything handled for us made sure we left happy, and all well dealing with a multitude of issues including the computer system crashing. She remained calm and guided each team member with their customer all well maintaining communication and working on our issue.

We don’t live close to here and I definitely would take the trip to this Loews any day. Sooooo incredibly impressed. Thank you

We just bought a grill and we paid and waited outside for the nice sales lady to come and help my husband load grill into the back of our suv but the ladies behind us where so belligerently rude to the sales lady bc she was so busy helping everyone by herself while this young boy looked no older then what 18yo he just stood there 🙄this sales woman just ignored the two ladies behind us even while they yelled rude things accross the parking lot! All I have to say is there should be more help on the outside loading of items bc If it takes a minute ppl flip out and it isn't fair to the one woman working her butt off and as for the young man you should prob drug test him bc he seemed pretty stoned n not caring what happened with anything

We had great customer service at the Lowe’s in Brockton. We needed assistance in buying an outdoor table that we wanted, and then along came a friendly associate, Ethan (?) I believe his name was, who was able to answer our questions and get a manager to help us. Ethan also helped us get the table to the register. We purchased the table, and are very happy with it! We had a great customer service experience there, and appreciated the hard working staff!
