Bailey's Bakery

My husband and I are new to North Adams and we love bakery and sweets. I stopped into Bailey’s Bakery and Erica was so warm and welcoming. The fruit turnovers are so good, and today I tried the delicious quiche and cupcakes. So delicious !
Can’t wait to try more and I want to try the blueberry muffins I heard they are outstanding !

Excellent very cozy local bakery right across from The Downstreet Hotel! The muffins are excellent (mixed berry was terrific) and the quiche bite was just the right size! Serving Shelburne Falls coffee which is some of the best local toasted coffee I’ve had. The vibe is comfort, local and fun. Definitely recommend for morning coffee and breakfast since the hotel doesn’t offer!

My wife and I stopped in looking for something sweet after our hike. My wife ordered the pecan sticky bun and I ordered a Whoopie pie and both were excellent.

On our last day in Massachusetts, my girlfriend and I were calling around to see whether any bakeries were selling Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. None that we called were - including Bailey's - but Erica made one just for us that same day! Thank you Erica! The pie was delicious!

Try the QUICHE! I would have posted a picture of the quiche I had (broccoli + ham) but it is alll…gone. Fresh and warm from the oven, fluffy, nice crust. Nice coffee selection, too! Pictured is blueberry crumb muffin which is about to disappear.

Hidden Gem in Plain Sight!

Ordered a birthday cake for the next day, was presented with a beautifully boxed, gorgeous Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting that was absolutely delicious, moist, and rich without that 'stringy' feel carrot cake can have.

We plan on working our way through the rest of the flavors!

We happened upon this bakery because we were staying in the hotel across the street. What a find! The blueberry muffins are seriously the best blueberry muffins I’ve ever eaten. I don’t mean this to be read as a hyperbole!

My son stopped in and bought some blueberry muffins and lemon cupcakes. Omg both we absolutely amazing. So good. Can't wait to go back and get more treats.

Stopped here by chance while traveling thru the area, attracted by the heavenly smell of deep rich chocolate. Turned out a chocolate marble cake just came out of the oven! Walked out with one of the BEST pumpkin muffins I've ever had - spicy, moist, not too sweet. Treat yourself! It's so good!

You know when you get a variety of baked goods and think: "I'll just eat one of these and save the rest for later." No, that won't happen here. You will eat them all. Even when I managed to save one muffin for the next morning, thinking I would heat it up with some butter in the toaster oven...that didn't happen either. I took one bite and just finished it while standing at the kitchen counter. It didn't need butter or heating up. These baked goods don't need anything to make them better.

Bailey's also has a real talent for creating interesting varieties of confection (pumpkin cinnamon rolls, anyone?), and does a great job with gluten-free. The gluten-free blueberry muffin I had was simply the best GF muffin I've ever eaten. My wife and I are just thankful this bakery is in North Adams, which is some 30 minutes away from our house. Otherwise Bailey's would become a daily habit, and we'd eventually have to buy larger clothing sizes.....

Unbelievable little spot. Absolutely delicious. Incredible service. Do no miss!

Had one of the best cinnamon rolls of my life here. Everything else we got was also amazing including the cookies and muffins. Super friendly and really reasonable prices.

I had a great experience with Bailey's Bakery! Super responsive and helpful when was placing my order, and our Lemon cake with raspberry filling and Chocolate frosting was beautiful and delicious!

We got a delicious cake for my dad’s birthday! Erika was so nice and delivered it to us when I couldn’t get to the store in time.

Very yummy baked goods! Lots to choose from. Fortunately I was with two other people so we could all try each other's!
