Easy and convenient place to gas up early in the morning.

There always so friendly in there no matter what time of day I go into the store. There prices are fair and they have gas pumps that are easy to get into.

This is my favorite Thornton’s location. I don’t go there to socialize with the employees, however, they have always been pleasant. My main reason for coming here is to buy gas. It’s always approximately 30 cents cheaper than Louisville, where I live. The store and restroom are always very clean.

I come to this Thornton's frequently because I love the ice. The store is always clean and stocked and hand sanitizer is readily available at checkout. The staff is awesome and do their best to get you on your way quickly.

I have been in and out of this place for over a decade. I noticed they didn't have many reviews so I thought I would leave one. I have on occasion over the years had to deal with a less than pleasant employee but it's always easy to get in and out pretty quickly to grab a snack or get gas.

This is not a particularly dreadful location, as it is pleasing to enter a clean and well-maintained establishment for a change, especially a clean and well-maintained corporate establishment, corporations are know for their scumminess and greed.

Great place for inexpensive coffee when you’re in a rush. Lots of choices to pick from: cappuccino, hot chocolate, regular, decaf and iced. They also have a variety of flavored creamers.

VERY disrespectful and judgmental and very classit . tried to get a pack of cigarettes off cash on ebt never had an issue. told me “you shouldn’t be able to get cigarettes with a ebt card”. In my opinion that is very out of line. told me her name was jessica hellen but that was a fake name. That proves she was wrong if she can’t even give up her name!

I went in and purchased a polar pop, and an iPhone charger well after I left headed to Lexington to do something, I realized the iPhone charger didn’t fit my car port thing cause it was one the chargers for iphone13s and I have a 11, so u turned around and went back to this store went up to the same gentleman I had cashed out with not 30 mins , more like 15 mins prior and he told me “I didn’t ring up no charger for you” as if I stole the merchandise he went as far as telling me how other customers who he liked was caught stealing , so he basically just was accusing me of stealing without actually fully saying “you stole the charger “I told him to look up on his computer and he looked up and guess what? There was the record of me buying a soda and charger !!! So at that point I was able to exchange the charger like I had wanted to begin with. This was Thursday may 13th 2022 around 7pm EST. It wasn’t the manager it was the other store worker, brown hair kind of heavy set. It’s so rude to get accused of stealing when you don’t, not to mention unprofessional!!

I have shopped at the Versailles location well over a thousand times every one that works there is very accommodating except for one guy he is very rude and VERY lazy I have learned what vehicle he drives if his vehicle is there i will shop somewhere else he is known to be the Cadillac man he is absolutely in the wrong line of work.

Lady that works nights there is the most unpleasant person I've ever been around she's always rude and got a awful look on her face like she hates everything and hates her job I'm not going to go to there no more I'll go to the shell station from now on because there girls are happy and nice to be around they always say good morning how are u

Awful service, wrong price, and gave wrong receipt. I even asked him if the price advertised was right he didn’t care, pitiful service.
