I have to thank the staff at the front office for continuing to show up every day. You have to deal with people in emergency situations who may not be at their best.
Also the doctors and nurses went above and beyond to help my family in an emergency situation. I am grateful for your empathy and care.

Tara, Dr. James Tseng, Kristen(spelling?), Pam and Kelly were extremely accommodating and professional from the endoscopy dept. Had a little procedure this morning(4/2/24) and I was impressed with their service. They went out of their way to be kind and informative.

First and foremost I would like to
extend my debt of gratitude for the entire staff at Havasu Regional Medical Center. After coming to Lake Havasu for I had planed as a weekend getaway, I experienced a life changing heart attack. From the moment I walked the admitting team and
ER nurses in the emergency room doors, most importantly the cardiac team. The nurses in ICU Kaitlyn, Amanda & Brian you are rockstars!!!! Your smiles, kindness and excellence in knowledge made every difference. I have experienced compassion, excellence In knowledge in care and accommodation. I will always remember this experience that changed my life with gratitude.

Had my first surgery and put under for the first time . I was quite nervous . From check in to prepping to anesthesiology to my wonderful surgeon Dr Anderson to recovery , I couldn’t ask for better .I will say tho ER could do with improvement , had a really rude receptionist, I ended up walking out after waiting 2 hours from an asthma attack , she didn’t care , a lady there before me had sat there 9 hours and only me and her in there . I understand this is a small hospital, but come on

I've had five procedures at this hospital within the last two years, four in the cath lab. I had interaction with dozens of people at this facility. There was not one person that was even the least bit unpleasant or unprofessional. They all took extremely good care of me while I was a patient there. I believe their goal excellent patient care.

I had knee arthroscopic surgery on Monday at this hospital. Everything went so smoothly, nurses and doctors were all very friendly and quick to help with anything I needed. They explained the surgery process in detail and made me feel very comfortable going into surgery. Very pleased.

Took my husband to the ER with a neck abscess. We have out of country health insurance. The waiting room was not that busy and shortly after filling out the forms we were seen by the triage nurse, moved to the treatment room and seen by the PA. He made a diagnosis and treatment plan which was quickly fulfilled by the nurse. The IV was inserted without an issue. Prescriptions and follow up given and we were on our way after about 2 hours. We found the staff professional and friendly.
After all the negative reviews I was worried about going to the hospital but our experience was very positive and thankful for their care and concern

Had a wonderful experience . From checking in for surgery , anesthesiologists, Dr nurses and the rest of the staff were amazing . I felt so well taken care of and shout out to the wonder nurses in ICU u were amazing

I was an inpatient at HRMC this week for surgery and I cannot express enough how wonderful every single caregiver was … all of the nurses that took excellent care of me… all the respiratory techs and physical therapists. The entire surgical team were amazing and full of care and compassion. I had so much excellent care from so many people I can’t even begin to name names for fear of leaving someone out. From check in to check out. The care I received was absolutely A-1 and outstanding!!!
And a HUGE thank you to Dr. Michael Wright my orthopedic surgeon. I will be forever grateful to everyone. ❤❤❤

I had surgery, the caregivers are the most wonderful sweetest human beings, they introduced themselves, the surgery lead introduced everyone in O.R what they are going to do. I got nothing but love from the staff, thank you Lucy and Marlena 2nd fl ICU. The surgery staff friendly caring folks. Thank you for treating me so well.

This was my first time in HRMC for an xray. I have never been into a cleaner hospital! All the employees I talked to were very pleasant and were happy working here.

Our hospital saved my life. I flat lined and they brought me back around. The nurses are beyond nice. I know people have bad things to say about the place but I have totally the opposite.

I normally don't take time to write reviews but I felt the need to after the experience I had in the ER on October 1st in the evening. My son fell off a 10 foot slide right onto the cement. Upon entering the registration women was super friendly, even ask how my son was doing when she saw me in the hallway. We were taken back to the room by a gentleman who was just so kind to my son while he talked him through what may happen to make him feel comfortable. Then we had I believe 2 nurses who were just awesome with their communication. A nice girl who took my sons XRAYS who just put him at ease and then another gentleman who did my sons MRI who was just great himself. I am in the medical field and have never experienced such great customer service from everyone we encountered. I don't know all of your names but if you worked on October 1st, I brought my son in around 7:30pm and we were discharged after midnight. Thank you all for your kindness to my 8 year old son. Keep up the great work.

Went to ER due to a couple of dizzy spells. Was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They got me right in to do vitals etc, and then ER nurse Evelyn and Dr Andrew Roberts checked me out thoroughly. Very straight forward, informative and respectful. Best ER experience I have ever had. Thank you Evelyn and Dr R. for being true pros.

I went in for medical records, an EKG & chest x-Ray all in the same day. Anna & Diana in admitting/registration were pleasant & professional. Michelle did my x-ray and was very kind. Alice did my EKG & was also kind & made me feel comfortable. Lastly, Stephen in records, went above & beyond to re send my records to my doctor and also provided a copy for myself.

On Tuesday the 19th I was flown in to have my twins. The care I received the following days was amazing. The hard working nurses that took care of me while I was recovering were the most caring people ever. They answered all my questions as well and provided help every step of the way. Even the cafeteria staff were amazing to us during our stay. I’m also grateful to the care they provided to our babies, they took every precaution to ensure their safety. Thank you guys so much We’re beyond grateful for you guys during this crazy experience ❤

Have been in the ER, have had tests and procedures there and last week had a lumpectomy and node dissection. Dr Rizzo was the surgeon. He is wonderful. Hospital was also wonderful - from the nurses on the 2nd floor…the radiologist technician to the anesthetist and the OR nurses to the recovery room nurses. Couldn’t have asked for more caring, helpful and respectful nurses.

I received the best care from the er up to the second floor of my stay. Each and everyone of the nurses and doctors were caring, and attentive to my needs. I cant thank them all enough.
