Great experience getting a new SSD+clone of my old SSD! Good price, EXCELLENT service--not only in the store while I waited for the machine, but after I got home and stated reloading the few prograns that wouldn't allow themselves to be cloned: Microsoft 360 and Dragon Naturally Speaking and Norton Anti-Virus decided to rebel on me, so I had to call 3 times to get advice--but no problem, the technician was patient and gave me new ideas that finally fixed the problems. Very happy! Was so frustrated at these programs, but very grateful to have an expert's help. 👍

At least two years ago, I took an old computer tower to Computer Surgeons as it needed a Windows upgrade that I couldn’t perform, and I was thinking it was time for a new machine but wanted to ask, as it was a I7 with strong specs when it was new. They gave me feedback and offered to upgrade the machine and to add a SSD and I think some additional RAM. I authorized the work and then… wow was it fast and worked great! The price was fair and service completed on time. Very professional and friendly service. Now two years plus later the machine is still running great.

Have had nothing but good experiences since doing business with them for 6 plus years now. Highly recommend them.

I came across these guys after a painstaking search for info on my old Compaq Presario 7ap195 machine. I kid you not there is very little info out there about those old rigs for some reason. Anywho, I lost my all of my old factory restore discs through the years passing and unfortunately my office flooding a few years ago as well. Fast forward to present I ordered up their Restore Cd with the complete OEM image for my particular system. I was able to get this beast back up and factory refreshed. She's running just like it was new off of the shelf now. I am well pleased with this product and I also will be using other Recovery media in the future. Best part is I only had one corrupted HDD to use for this project and the program actually didn't even have a hiccup wiping the drive either. All is well and now it's on to refreshing the front plastics. Another fun project on it's own. Do you guys offer that service? LOL!

5++ star results. My recovery disks were shipped the next day and tracking was quickly provided on request. I had an issue during recovery and shot an email off to Michael at 5:49 PM on July 3rd. I guess he wasn't out grilling or hoisting cold beers, because he responded at 5:56 PM with the solution I needed (yep, 6 minutes - the day before 4th of July). This is the second or third time I have used CS over the years. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The Best Service, they will try to help you and if they can't will let you know where to go, that is really a good service. They have a solution for you always, also if looking for used laptops they have good price and many available also if have issues feel free to call and thy will take care of you. My hdd crashed and recovery software was not available through the HP website for my model. Ordered through computer surgeons for $27 plus $5 first class shipping to Canada. It showed up within about a week complete with detailed instructions. My computer is up and running again thank you so much!!

Thanks for the excellent instructions! I followed them step by step and everything worked! Frankly, with my medium computer knowledge, I considered tehis Recovery Kit a financial "gamble", but I had ALREADY put out more money than you requested. I am amazed that I have a "brand new" computer (obviously an older model!) and all the accessory stuff that originally came with it!

I thought I had broken it beyond repair, but now it runs just fine. Thanks again for your professional package and your help to fix it!

Sadly had to use them multiple times now (getting tired of Windows 10...) but each time they worked fast and were very helpful & polite 👍🏼

For my home/office computer needs, the folks at the Versailles KY store, especially Josh, alway exceed my expectations. Should one wish to deal with a main-line, typical, wham bam kind of a place maybe Walmart or such might be a better fit.

I use them to fix my ATM machines, I love them so much.
I don't know what I would do without them <3
