Delux Cleaners

The service was unbelievable! The sweet girl that works at the Capri location came out to my car to pick up my cleaning to process and did the same for me when I picked up the cleaning! She was fantastic and so are my items that were cleaned by Delux! Thank you!!!!!!

I recently had a family emergeny which required my wife and I had to fly to NY. I looked for metal hangers at the local stores but couldn’t find any, the metal hangers were for hanging up clothing in our lugage set. I called Delux Cleaners and explained our situation and they said to come down and they would help us out. I went there and the young lady gave me the hangers at no charge. This is a wonderful and caring business which cares about their community, if I could give more that five stars I would, may God bless this business, its employees and the owner. Always great service, and can take care of emergencies like when you forget to drop off your wifes clothes and need something in a hurry

Deluxe Cleaners was recommended for alterations. I really was not completely satisfied with ****'s service & the workmanship done to my garment. It was NOT AT ALL what I expected! The "lady" who actually does the alterations [not the 1 I was told does that does them] "only" does basic & "simple" [low effort, least work] alterations. With no explanation as to "why", I was told "she would HAVE TO cut off material to re-hem" my expensive garment.... instead of "just taking out the existing hem" to re-hem it? Wow! I've never been told that before & I've I had hems altered at other cleaners before. Well I passed on hem job, I didn't want that cutting to be done. The alteration I did get done, wasn't completely what I wanted done. My garment was still too loose. Sure I was told by the gal at pick-up, "if you're not totally satisfied, you can talk to ***** [the person who doesn't actually do the alterations & I was told did do them] but ***** won't be back until tomorrow". Well I could not wait, another day or another week, to get my garment back. Next time I'll go to actual seamstress/tailor. Thankfully my garment was not ruined & was ready as promised. Kudos for those last 2 things.
