It's rare that I am super impressed with a restaurant (mostly because I've traveled ALOT). Bloom definitely impressed my family. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive and the food was soo good. I loved the vibe and cleanliness of the restaurant. We travel through Globe alot and can't wait to stop by again.

Nearly 28 years of spouse ordering calamari and rarely have I enjoyed the sight or smell until Bloom...OMG...best ever, spoiled for life

I took my dad to have lunch, and he was happy that they had egg drop soup. I ordered the Californian and Veggie Rolls sushi, with Honk Kong Chicken, and dad's Mongolian Spicy Beef. It was delish, but we got so full from the soup. Awesome place to eat Asian dishes.

A hidden gem! I have been told by friends that it's amongst the best sushi that they have ever had (I'm not a sushi person. ). I had their Kun Fu Beef (the daily special), and it was fantastic!!

In awe and amazement. In Globe Az we found amazing Sushi. Wonderful staff and great sushi chefs. Took some friends today and the staff never missed a beat. Will be definitely going back.

Wow I was not expecting a mountain mine town to have Asian food like this The sushi was great the pad Thai was amazing and the service was really good. We were here in February of 2021 It was actually pretty slow on a Friday night they were very busy on the take outside though. they had some outside dining which we probably would have sat at if we knew about it great place to get food.

We came up from Phoenix to get out of the heat and visit some museums in Globe. Bloom Japanese restaurant in the historic district is a wonderful place for lunch!

Although it's a very small restaurant, the service was fantastic and our server was awesome. I had the wagyu beef sushi roll and the crab roll... It was delicious! I was also able to sample the coconut shrimp... A taste of heaven! Everyone in our group gave rave reviews for the food they chose.

The door to the restroom is particularly fun!

Amazing Food fresh and bursting with flavor. Friendly patient saff, quaint atmosphere with dog friendly patio. The food was great, reaonanly priced and server extremely polite. I will go out of my way to come back. Next time I'll try the sushi.

This little spot is delicious! 🤤 they have a wide variety on the menu which includes dishes from different parts of Asia. There’s sushi and drinks as well! Great customer service. If your here out of town for work or just traveling by, definitely somewhere I would stop. Also located in the historic downtown area so when your done eating you can go and explore.

This place is a hidden gourmet gem set in the backdrop of a wild western town. I was shocked at the delicious flavors that kept coming bite after bite. Similar places in bigger cities would fetch a lot more money for this type of food but it was very reasonably priced. All in all, great atmosphere and great fusion recipes, definitely stop in for a bite, you wont be disappointed. Worth the drive from Phoenix.

Can fried rice be Ambrosia? At Bloom, the answer is yes.

The food and service was amazing!! I was sent here by a local co-worker and Bloom did not disappoint! Highly recommend anyone who enjoys Asian fusion to check these guys out!

We've been by this restaraunt many time and finaly decided to try it. We went in for asian food, upon entering it was discovered it served sushi also. I had the hot and sour soup and a Spinach Wok'd Salad on the appetizer menu. My partner had a Drunken Shrimp and Chicken with homade sate sauce. It was all superb!
We will be back to try other offerings as well as some sushi.

Bloom and Bravo are the best places to eat when in the Globe area. Bloom offers amazing Asian Cuisine with dishes inspired from multiple countries.

Despite being far into the mountains, the sushi felt as fresh as the stuff back home on the sea. The Mongolian Beef was tender and sauce was amazing. Very fair prices and a luxurious atmosphere to sit down and enjoy.

Some of the best Sashimi, and Nigiri in the state. No need to drive anywhere else for it. The different Asian cuisines they offer are also stellar. The atmosphere is fun and honestly reminds me of my time in Japan. Watching the talented chefs do their work in front of you is my favorite thing next to the food!

I have eaten in many sushi restaurants for decades. Don’t be surprised when you eat them in bad shape and find a sushi bar. This place is no exception. I like to sit at the bar and watch the events in the background. The photo below shows my standard order every time I try a new sushi restaurant. However, it is very simple: It helps me decide if I want to order extra food, or just pay for the tab. Needless to say, I ordered two more rounds and ended up getting yogurt.

Amazing food! Great atmosphere, fresh food, great service. This is the best Asian fusion place I've eaten at in Arizona.

This place is freakin awesome!! If there was more stars I would add’em!! Heather our server was wonderful. Our sushi maker Manny known as “Gator” was incredible!! Service was excellent!! Enjoy ppl!!
