They have a great inventory of hardware and we're very helpful and patient to find the exact hitch pin we needed.

I was lost. I knew I needed something, I had a vague idea of what it was. Oil was leaking relentlessly from beneath my motorcycle, I needed a compression fitting. They have thousands of variations. Oil still leaking. Tick tock...

Yoli to the rescue! She came up to me, sensed my urgency and picked up on my inability to correctly choose what I needed. I was ready to buy 3 or 4 different compression fittings and return the ones I didn't need. Not necessary, Yoli says. She grabbed 2 of the fittings I thought I needed, lead me out the door. I was able to find the right part without hit and miss.

I left a large oil puddle in the parking lot. I came back inside to see if I could buy some cat litter or sawdust to clean up my mess. Nope. Not needed. Yoli headed out to the lumber yard, and she came back with a sandbag. Spread it out on the oil lagoon I'd left. Wow. Thank you, Ace Hardware. Especially thank YOU, Yoli. You make a business great by going above and beyond. Keep it up!

This hardware store has staff that is always there to help. I have never had any bad experiences, and trust me, I shop there A LOT! The staff is is so friendly, and it is pet friendly, as long as your pet is human friendly! It is a great place to go to just wander, and their tool selection is awesome. If they dont have it, they will do their best to get it.

This store has everything, helpful polite, employee's. And a nut and bolt selection you can't miss on, It's the biggest one I have come across in my travels as a utility lineman, and I've traveled the whole great u.s.a. this store may cost a bit more then the others, but you get what you pay for remember. Easy 5 stars and then some.

This is a good hardware store. It has a lot of different items that are used in home repair and light industry.

Decent selection of tools, hardware, products and so on. Friendly customer service. It's not a large hardware store but it beats having to travel far out of town and into the city.

I know Ace is the "helpful place" but I think the employees can be a bit overzealous in their helpfulness. 😅 Sometimes when I'm working on a project, I don't really know what I'm looking for until I see it so I end up wondering around the hardware store and in the process am bombarded with "do you need help?" from several employees.

The best place in Globe Arizona to get your Hardware needs if they don't have it they can make it happen they'll put together anything for you if you can't already find it in a package lots of parking and the staff is always ready to help you when you walk in the door it's a good place to get all your Lumber needs too

Largest Ace hardware store I have ever been in! Well organized, clean, and with the friendliest and most helpful CSR's I've ever encountered!!! All we needed was a pig tail for the dryer, but stayed for almost an hour looking around at everything and talking to several of the employees. Had a great time there, and will definitely be back there for all our needs!

I’m always in this place at least 3 times when I need something… good place to go when no other place in town has what you need when working on water line etc!
