Just got our new mattress delivered and installed. We have had a great experience from the store to delivery. Matt in the store is very knowledgeable and helped us narrow down the right mattress for our needs. Chris and Rob were quick and courteous during installation. If you are in the market and not sure which way to go, we highly recommend Sleep Outfitters of Pikeville, Ky.

Matthew Johnson is so knowledgeable about all types of mattresses. He helped us so much, we decided to actually purchase two mattresses instead of one! He showed us all mattresses we were interested in, answered all our questions more than once, and was very knowledgeable about my concerns with my back condition/pain. He showed me the best mattresses to meet my sleep concerns. He was so friendly, listened to my concerns, and was able to explain all mattresses and their differences right down to the springs and materials each was made of. We have now bought a total of 3 mattresses from Matthew and will be coming back to buy a 4th when my daughter decides to upgrade from a twin to a queen! Thank you Matthew for all your help!!!

Matt was wonderful to work with and super knowledgeable about all of the products offered. He listened to my husband and my wants and needs in a mattress and showed us everything that he felt would suit us. We ended up finding the perfect fit, and the purchasing process was nice and seamless. Competitive prices, great options for financing, and I love that you have 120 days to exchange your mattress if it doesn't meet your expectations.

When you come to Sleep Outfitters, always ask for Craig Johnson. He's knowledgeable, helpful and you might just want to take a nap on one of the display models on the floor. That will convince you which bed is for you. Craig will offer you some extras to sweeten your purchase as well. He's not pushy, but patiently tells the advantages of each model and leaves the choice to you. I purchased mine and it was delivered last December, now I could enjoy sleep again after suffering on a hospital bed 🛌 with a very thin mattress.

One of the best experiences I’ve had shopping for a mattress. This was my first time @ Sleep Outfitters and David provided excellent service! He was concerned with our sleeping habits and mattress needs and he found the perfect mattress for us in no time. I purchased the mattress before I left and purchased 2 new pillows as well. Delivery is going to be quick. I will be purchasing here from now on!
