Pikeville Discount Drugs is an awesome hometown pharmacy that always goes above and beyond to help their customers. They honestly care about their customers. You can walk in with a prescription and be back out the door in just a few minutes and they also offer delivery as well if you can't make it into the pharmacy. I can't recommend them enough! 10/10!

We just moved to the area from a tiny town in Oklahoma and had a great pharmacy there. They were so helpful; we would take them kolaches or donuts--they were that good! After getting to Pikeville, I sought recommendations for a pharmacy in which one of the bigger ones in town, open 24/7/365 was recommended. However, it became readily apparent from our first encounter with this business that customer service was not a component of their business operation. Fortunately, Google reviews led us to Pikeville Discount Drug. These folks have met and exceeded our expectations. They took the initiative to solve our pharmacy insurance-related problems that the other pharmacy in town blew off and sent us on our way. We are in our early 60s on several maintenance drugs, so a helpful pharmacy is critical to us. If you are looking for a customer service-oriented pharmacy in Pikeville, we highly recommend Pikeville Discount Drugs. Although we have not met the pharmacists, they are smart enough to hire good people, particularly Ms. Stacy.

They are fast and efficient. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Stacie is a great asset to have.

The best place in pikeville for your perscrisption need friendly staff and Donvan the pharamistice care about you and they even know you by your name if you want a drug store like good old days that knows YOU and take the time to know about you and not just a number you need to transfer all your perscription needs. Donvan, goes above and beyond to assists you and takes the time to explaine your medication.
