I just want to give amazing shout out to Havasu dentistry and they’re amazing team been to a few different dentist before. And I have never experienced the type of care that this facility provides and they are just on point with all the Key factors, communication performance, and understanding. And world-class customer service. I also wanna give amazing credit to a few team members number one Dr. Allen, Tonya and also Grace at front desk. You guys are absolutely amazing and make going to a dentist a true treat. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

It's my first time in Lake Havasu and I had a tooth split and went to Havasu Dentistry to have it extracted. I'm always apprehensive about a new dentist. Immediately, I felt I was at the right place. The friendliness, professionalism and genuine caring was obvious. I would recommend them to anyone. The procedure went so well, I had absolutely no pain, thanks to Dr Allen and his dental assistant Amber. The aftercare, with calls from Scarlett told me how stellar their patient care is. They really do a treat you like family.

Everyone was so nice and very polite. Dr Allen was very easy to talk to and explained everything. My dental assistant was very nice also. I don’t remember her name and I’m sorry. She seemed she is fun to work with. I’ll be back. Thank you. Nancy Rivas

I'm excited to leave my feedback to the public regarding this entity. In fact, I'm glad to be one of their patients. Brittany Campos, their dental hygienist, proved to be super wonderful ... Smart? Yes for sure. Friendly? No question. Professional attitude? Absolutely. Intelligent? Definitely. I'm writing these words and I"m full of hope that her employer gets this message and considers her for any promotion because she DESERVES it. Dr. Allen is amazing as well as he takes his time to explain the situation and addresses every concern you might have.

This dentist office was full of very professional people. The girl at the desk was so patient and so helpful. Very,very friendly. The other gals that came in were also very caring and understanding. Dr. Allen was very understanding and wonderful.very good listener. He was awesome. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you all.

Dr. Alan and his team were so kind and reassuring. For someone like me who has never looked forward to going to the dentist, they made my experience much more endurable. They were all so accommodating. Highly recommend!

The entire staff in the office is so super helpful figuring out my insurance.
The staff in back all goes out of their way to make sure that every patient is well cared for in a respectful and compassionate manner.

My experience with Havasu Dentistry was the best I ever had. They took me on right away and everything went perfectly. I am a patient for life. The kindness I experienced was unbelievable. Dr. Allen is fantastic.

My adult daughter is high functioning special needs, and has to have 2 root canals and 2 crowns. She was a new patient and they treated her like a member of their practice that had been there for years. She’s usually so afraid of the dentist, but called me when she got home and RAVED about how amazing everyone was. They fit her in around their scheduled patients and made sure she didn’t leave there in pain. THANK YOU to all of the amazing staff there!!!

Had the best experience a broken tooth can produce at Havasu Dentistry! Dr K was great as was Jade his assistant!! Also Tori at the front desk was outstanding!! Looking forward to my next visit to have the permanent put in place! Wonderful office! Thank you!

Everyone at this office is so sincere, thoughtful and thorough. I’m disabled and the office has their own wheelchair which makes things so much easier for me. It’s clean and they do such a thorough job at looking at your teeth and gums compared to other places I’ve been to. I feel lucky to have this place.

I had a wonderful experience. Coming into the dentist office with so much anxiety I was greeted with the friendliest staff they made me feel so welcomed. The dentist and his staff all treated me so well and cleared up all of my worries. I’m happy I found this place.

Wonderful staff and great people. Quick procedures and quality work. They really take care of you and enjoy their job. Had cleanings and even a tooth extraction and it went as smooth as ever. Highly recommend!

This is the best dental care in town. I was so scared to go to the dentist that I put it off for years, but now that I found this place I am happy to be able to get the care I need. This group of people are so kind and supportive and take the time to explain everything along the way. I did not feel rushed and no hard sales.Thank you Havasu Dental for your service in this town and now I walk in stress free.

Everyone that I interacted with at my first appointment was amazing. Dr Kurtz and his assistant Daisy were so pleasant and fun to talk with and Scarlett and Mariah at the front really went above and beyond to help me when they had no obligation to do so. Overall very thorough and to the point. No nonsense which was awesome! Everything was explained to me in a way I understood and they made sure I had no questions through the entire visit.

The Reception Office gals were very friendly & helpful. They seemed to enjoy their jobs. That is very appreciated. This was our first visit so it included X-rays & measurements. They also identified any issues & recommended treatment. First the hygienist then Dr Kurtz came in & presented the final recommendations. And also what insurance would pay. Also I found making appointments was very easy & accommodating. This is why I left the last dentist. When you had to cancel for conflicts there was a 2-3 month wait. The back offices were clean & organized.
. I’m glad so far I made the change.

Great dentist and hygienist as well as everyone in this office. They are very prompt, lots of reminders. And great customer service. I would recommend them for sure. I always feel comfortable .
