My partner had an Extremely Disappointing Experience at K Fitness

Her recent visit to K Fitness was an utter disappointment. From the moment she walked in, the lack of professionalism was glaringly apparent. The staff was incredibly rude, making it clear they had no interest in helping anyone who wasn't paying for a personal trainer.

It was astonishing to see the level of stupidity and ignorance displayed by the so-called fitness experts. They couldn't answer basic questions about the equipment and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting members.

To make matters worse, if you’re not using their overpriced personal trainers, you’re completely ignored. The regular gym-goers receive zero attention or guidance, which is likely why so many of the members appear to be out of shape. It's no wonder everyone there is struggling with their fitness goals when the environment is so unwelcoming and unhelpful.

One of the most frustrating aspects of her visit was the way they handled her request to lower the music. She has sensitive ears, and the music was blaring at an uncomfortable volume. When she politely asked them to turn it down, they responded by passive-aggressively blasting it even louder. The manager left for the rest of the day, leaving the music at full blast, despite the fact that she was the only person there.

Overall, K Fitness is a disaster. We would not recommend it to anyone serious about their health and well-being. Save your money and find a gym where the staff actually cares about their members.

An all female gym in the middle of the sticks! Come on! Y’all don’t have a lot of choices that’s probably why there are so many unhealthy people here!

I’ve never been to this gym, called to ask a few questions and spoke to the owner Kelly. She couldn’t have been more rude and less helpful. Made the decision easy to look elsewhere, she was not ashamed or any more eager when letting her know either! Extremely unprofessional!

Staff friendly til you join then you’re pretty much ignored unless you hire a trainer. No help, they don’t even offer or check to make sure you’re doing ok. Pretty much a joke unless you’re in their click.
