Been several times and this place has a very friendly and welcoming staff. The visit was thorough and any questions I had were answered. Going to the dentist isn't most folks idea of fun, but this place makes what would be considered an uncomfortable procedure WAYYY more comfortable. I really appreciate that.

The best and most professional service. Our son had an emergent need and is in college out of town. Dr. Ratliff worked to get him taken care of with short notice. Highly recommend this office!

I absolutely LOVE everyone at Big Sandy Dental!!! I recently decided to have quiet a bit of cosmetic dental work done and going somewhere else was never a question. The staff are super sweet and Dr. Ratliff is an awesome dentist!! I can't thank them enough. :)

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. All the girls r awsome Friendly and funny. Makes u feel right at home. You are not a number they treat you like a person. If you need a dentist go there you won't regret it. And the receptionist Debbie is fantastic. I give them 5 stars more if I could Dr Radliff is a good dentist. He's kind and compassionate. And he's very knowledgeable in his field of work. He will set and listen to you and come up with a plan that will suit you both with the least pain involved he's the best dentist I have ever had the honor to know

Great staff, very accommodating and helpful.

I had broken my filling in my front tooth . It was about the quarter of the front corner . It looked bad . This dentist Todd Ratliff not only fixed it to where you could not see a flaw but I felt absolutely no pain during the process. I am 50 years old and of all the dentist I have seen I always felt a little pain but this time none . I was amazed and I give this office 5 star all the ladies that worked from the desk to the cleaning and even the assistant was so nice . I even watched netflix while I was being treated. Love this place and I highly recommend for you to visit. 5 stars on the cleanliness of the faucity as well .
