I give them 5 stars. I took my cat there who is around 7 or 8 now (not sure because he is adopted). He has had diarrhea his whole life since I got him. I have taken him to so many vets without anyone doing anything to help him. I took him to EKAC and saw Dr. Ben. He was amazing, he put him on some meds and he no longer has diarrhea for the first time in his life. He has energy now and plays like the other cats. I am so pleased with Dr. Ben he is amazing to have helped my baby. Thank you Dr. Ben

The best vet I have ever been to in my life, I will never go to another. They truly care about all the animals and they are so compassionate. My baby needed surgery and they did not waste a second to get to it. They make you feel as comfortable as possible while also telling you what you need to hear . I was shocked when I heard pricing because they were so reasonable. I love this place . 100/10 recommend bringing your fur babies here.

They were so caring and compassionate when I had to bring my 15 yo dog Mandy to put her sleep. It was hard and they understood how I felt and very supportive. I wud recommend this place. They r very caring.

We had to take our baby here while on vacation to have her put down and they were very compassionate. We decided to have her cremated and got her back the next day when we were leaving to go back home . Thank you for being so prompt and caring

This place is awesome! They care about animals and thier owners also. Have never had a bad experience there in the yrs we've used them. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Vet, staff and Drs are very friendly. Prices are extremely affordable compared to other places i've been for the same if not higher level of care.

I had a very sick cat who needed help right away, it was Sunday when nothing was open. They let us come on and saved his life. Everyone has been helpful and pleasant.

We found a stray kitten on the highway. His tail was completely limp and it was making him miserable with pain. The next day the kitten had completely lost all the skin and fur off his tail. I’ve never dealt with vets much but I called East KY Animal Clinic and they were so helpful! I took him in that morning and they immediately took us in and the kitten had to have his tail amputated. They kept him overnight for the surgery and to let him rest. We picked him up the next morning and he was already feeling so much better. We got home and he was running around playing. Dr. Joey and his staff were super nice, helpful and caring. It was way less expensive too than what google was telling me the prices would be. Needless to say we kept our little kitten and named him Oliver.

I have taken my sweet girl, to this clinic 2 times now, and I love the staff. And love the vet Ben, he was so sweet, when I got bad news about my fur baby, this place is great. Won't take my fur baby anywhere else.

Friendly fast and affordable. They have the best staff around and really understand what your pets mean to you.

We took our sick 12 yo Boston this morning and the staff were all very friendly, kind and concerned for our girl. Our 2 local vets have left the area so this was our first visit and wow we were very impressed. We have a mastiff and a doodle at home too so we will be visiting soon. Very affordable too.

This place is the best animal Vet place ever the cheapest,very nice workers,An they are about there animals and they will work with u on payments for your animals 💓🙏

All the pets, mine and others, I've taken here have received great care. They were thorough, explained everything clearly, and are obviously very much in demand, given how busy it is in any given day. Definitely recommend getting an appointment slated ahead of time, if possible.

Awesome friendly staff. Our doggie had to ha e emergency surgery (she ate my sock). It was a Friday when she was taken in and they updated us the periodically. We even go to go pick her up on Sunday which was awesome. She was being missed like crazy!

I have lots of friends that take their pets there I find their stuff nice enough they're busy and don't have time to fraternize and from what I've heard from my friends the doctors amazing I will be taking my dog there

Although you have to wait a very long time to be seen, it's always worth the wait, I took my 6 month old German Shepherd in on Feb 26th because she wasnt eating, throwing up, diarrhea, I just knew it was parvo, sure enough she was positive, so they keep her at the vet for IV and treatment, the next day they were closed so I wasn't expecting a call unless something bad happens, about 730 Sunday night they get office calls, and my heart sank to my feet, she was BETTER and ready to come home!! We went straight and picked her up! I would never take my animals anywhere else, this is the 2nd dog of mine Joey has saved due to Parvo! I will always go here.

EKAC is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. The vet was very kind and efficient. I know without a doubt that my "furbaby" is in good hands here. Last but not least are the very reasonable prices....half price compared to other veterinarians. I highly recommend East Kentucky Animal Clinic to everyone!
