The Parts and Service Departments were excellent to work with. They had my repair finished ahead of schedule. I told them I may be a little late picking it up. Someone was still there waiting on me after closing time..

I had to drive about 90 miles to get to Tim Short Hyundai, but, I'm glad I did. Ryan, and the other staff members were courteous and professional. The whole process only took about an hour. Overall, one of the best automobile purchases I've ever experienced.

My sales person was courteous and very helpful. She was not pushy like other dealers that I have dealt with in the past. She was knowledgeable about any questions that I had. We like the deal that I got on my new purchase and the attitude that the sales person had so much that my son and daughter in law said that when they went to purchase another vehicle that they would buy off of her. Which in fact happened today.
