We just recently purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado RST and our salesman Ryan was outstanding. This was the easiest, smoothest purchase we have ever made. Not only did they beat the competitors price but they got us the lowest interest of all the places we had been. The finance team is top notch. They will definitely have our future business.

Once the check engine light was read they immediately set to work on a solution. Walters did not have a fuel filter control module and neither did GMC national supply house have any in stock. I had personally checked at another dealership and at all local auto parts stores trying
to locate one but they all informed me there was none to be had. Service personnel on their own found one at another dealership and made arrangements to obtained it. The part was secured on a Friday and installed. I especially want to give thanks to an extremely customer oriented individual,Pam. I had purchased an extended warranty myself and she worked tirelessly in securing information from them so that it could help with payment of my bill. Me and my wife had camping reservation for the next week at Kentucky Horse Park and would not have been able to keep those reservation if it had not been for her patience in securing authorization from my warranty plan. Due to her work in securing my warranty information and the service department work we did not have to break our vacation plans and I can't give their service personnel, especially Pam's, enough accolades. To me this represents what customer service is in its finest. I have told many of my friends of my experience with this dealership and especially of their personnel.

I had to get the air bag recall completed on my 2011 Chevy Silverado. They told me when I checked in, it would take about an hour to complete the recall. Not even an hour later, I was in my truck and on my way.

We had a great experience with Walters. They had the best deal on a 2500HD that we could find. (We drove up from NC as it was literally the best deal in NC, SC or VA.) I appreciated the absence of BS on the part of both the salesman and finance. They offered the typical warranties but did not pressure us to buy them. WONDERFUL Sales team and customer service!
I live in Charlotte, NC, almost 5 hours south of Walters. I gave them a phone call one morning on a truck I was interested in, and was greeted with an extremely friendly and helpful sales team.
In a matter of a couple hours, they had everything for the sale prepared and good to go; but more impressively - they delivered my truck THAT DAY. I was driving my new Chevy the same day I called them on it. The trip was so long that delivery landed around 7:30pm, but they did it anyway, and the driver was kind and courteous.
