Dunkin'

Excellent donuts & breakfast sandwiches. Service and staff are great. Coffee is another plus. Recommend. It's worth the visit to Fort Know. If you're not current military, be sure to get your visitors pass beforehand. You can get them at the the visitors center . I believe it's Chaffee Gate. Stopped by Dunkin donuts today. ( 04-01-23 ) , the donuts were great, and the coffee was wonderful.

I want to give a shoutout to these workers. My unit has been keeping them busy lately, and they still deliver perfectly.

Staff was so personable and friendly!! Everything was hot and fresh!!

Except for them not knowing about Steamed Almond Milk like I get in NYC, they were ok.
Very courteous and welcoming. No long wait but that may have been due to the time of day.
Very clean store. Would definitely revisit if/whenever I return to Fort Knox Army Base.

Such sweet employees! There is one employee who is always so helpful and bubbly. It sure was a nice change to interact with someone not grumpy. My drinks were also delicious both times I went here (iced brown sugar oat latte).

Customer service was awesome today 5/17/2021 They ran out of the coffee syrup for the frozen coffee and made it with something similar, the cappuccino. Still tasted great. The lady apologized and said they'd have it in tomorrow. She was awesome! The people are always nice here. Highly recommend.

I know there is a lot of negative comments on here but I'd like to leave a positive comment about Heidi at the Eisenhower store. Today we arrived in the store at 2.50pm (I didn't realize the store closed at 3pm). Heidi was more than helpful and pleasant in taking & making our order which included 6 sandwiches. I apologized for stopping in so close to closing and she said it was okay because she loved her job! I was not her last customer of the day. She went onto to serve 4 more people after me and she was just as nice to each one of them too. All our sandwiches were perfect and so were the drinks. She is an asset to the store.

Over all outstanding they get you in and out quickly the foods is always good and the coffee is cheap which I love

The young man who worked the counter this morning was Amazing! I forgot my daughter's order & he was super patient & very helpful. I'll be back.

Eli is an American hero. Swamped with at least 20 orders all before 0730, working by himself, he got everything out quickly and correctly. Eli's dedication and devotion is in keeping with the finest traditions of the Army and reflects great credit upon himself and Dunkin.

I got a large coffee with toasted coconut and oat milk. Super yummy ! My first time trying the oat milk absolutely love it !

It was very nice and my order was done quickly.
