My first visit to this lovely store — and I could not have been treated with more gracious or excellent service. “Terri” responded to each of my requests (a question about the validity [really 14k gold?] of some vintage jewelry I’d bought online [yes! the real thing!]; a perfect-fit 14k back for an earring long missing its original, etc.) patiently and with the expertise of a true jewelry professional. Pikeville has been my home for only a short time, but I left feeling genuinely appreciated and extremely well-served. 10-star worthy!
