Wonderful and helpful staff. Everyone who worked there engaged with me in some way and made the experience amazing. They were very helpful and answered questions. This is a great team of people and I highly recommend going to them if you need your jewelry fixed or want to buy something for that special someone!

I went into the store shortly before Christmas, just browsing. The staff were very helpful & warm. I asked if they had any lab-grown diamonds & they directed me to their (new) display. Instantly, one item stood out to me. In the following weeks, I shopped around a few other stores to compare prices, naturally occurring diamonds, etc., but I kept coming back to this one. I had questions about the lab-grown processes, and the JD staff was able to answer. They also graded my bracelet and helped me get appraised. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. THE HANDS DOWN BEST JEWELER IN THE COUNTRY!!! Steve is an awesome guy in my opinion and I don't say this just because he's my uncle. My wife and I bought our engagement and wedding rings from him. Me and my 5 best friends in high school all got our high school rings made by Steve as well. Freaking amazing quality and prices!!

Called to see if my ring was ready and they said it was so I went to pick it up and tried it on in front of them and it hadn't even been sized well after waiting all day I go pick it up and then I wear it for not even an hour and the part that they sized turned my finger green!!!!

I called to see about having the weights and pendellum removed from a grandfather clock in Pikeville KY The residence is 1/2 mile from your store and I was told it would be 2 months before this could be done, it takes 10-15 minutes to remove 2 weights and the pendellum what a joke not customer friendly at all. It must be nice to turn down business Thumbs down
