Excellent staff. Very professional. Extremely accommodating. Had a root canal done. This is not my first experience with getting this procedure done but first time in this office. I was very relaxed and even took a nap. I can tell I was in good hands.

THEN!!! I referred my adult daughter to her husband Dr. Ryan Lavene for two root canal’s. She’s SUPER scared of all things Medical and Dental after many years of surgeries and struggles. He and his team were able to perform the first of the two needed root canals in under an hour, on a molar.!!! She was so pleased that and felt very safe and well cared for.

I’ve also been in the dental field for 35 years. I know the real deal when I see it, and these doctors and that team are THE REAL DEAL! Thank you!

Dr. Lavene is an amazing Doctor. I was so nervous about my two root canals i was going to have I was up until 2 am because of past experiences at other dentists that were not very good. My appointment was at 9:30 and walked out at 10:30. I didn't feel a thing! It was so smooth. The entire office is so professional from the front desk to the dental assistants. I recommend them 100% to anyone nervous about the dentist. Best experience by far!

Dr Ryan is an excellent endodontist, very caring about patients condition while in chair. No pain at all during root canal, and none afterward. All his staff were great too. Very clean office. 😊

Just before leaving to come to Lake Havasu City for 2 months, I found out I needed some serious dental procedures. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Ryan Lavene for two root canals in the far back of my mouth. Deep ones and I was very nervous.
Dr. Ryan listened to me, and responded to my concerns with a caring and calming voice. He then explained the procedure to me. This root canal was a difficult one. Dr. Ryan’s skills were extraordinary, and I had no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Lavene, and feel very fortunate to be in his care.

The staff was courteous and very knowledgeable of the policies and process. Dr. Ryan was AMAZING! He is prompt and cares about his patients and he does excellent work. He is very hard to get into but well worth the wait and the hour drive. Definitely going back. His office is located in this quant district area.

Dr. Rebecca Lavene dealt with my dental situation in a highly competent professional manner. With Dental Assistant Liberty, Dr. Levene explained the procedure, executed it, and briefed me on after-care. The follow-up procedure and examination revealed a normally healing condition. Office staff members are pleasant and prompt in dealing with appointments and financial matters. I am quite pleased with the entire experience.

I was referred to Dr. Lavene as BHC does not have an endodontist. I needed a root canal and it was made as painless as possible. I have had others from other Dr's; however, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Just the shots alone were painless which was a pleasant surprise as they normally are very painful when you get a shot when numbing the top of your mouth. Highly suggest you trying this office. Today is day two and I have only taken pain meds twice. Not that I want another; however, if I did I would not hesitate to come to this office.

Had to get a root canal and Dr. Ryan was very kind. When I had questions, he answered and spoke so that I could understand. I didn't get her name, but the dental hygienist? Helper of some kind was great as well. Both ladies in the front were so helpful and even though I was a little late, they had no problem checking me in a little late. Thanks everyone!

Dr lavene and staff are super. I just finished up having an implant installed. The women at the front desk are very pleasant and do thier best to fit your scheduling needs. Dr lavene has a great chairside manner. She explains everything she is doing while she's doing it. All in all the implant was easy and pain free for me. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family

I am so happy to right this review. I was referred to this office from my primary dentist office to get some work done. I called the office and front office girls Collete and June are super sweet and helpful. I had my work done and Liberty was right by Dr. Ryan and was very helpful. And i didn’t heal right the first time so I called and expressed to them how much pain I was in and June once again saved me but getting me in the same day and Dr Ryan Levine helped me by doing X-rays and filling in some of my work I had done. You guys are freaking amazing
