MineShaft Harley-Davidson

My husband passed I went in to get him a shirt and hat for burial. God love them I was so overwhelmed as it was but my heart dropped when the owner told me no worries this one was on them. Being he was a biker in NC for many years MineShaft took some problems off my list. Tha k u so much. This meant more than u all know.

Purchased my new Harley Street Bob from MineShaft Harley back in September 2023. The staff at this dealership was outstanding, treated you like a person and not a number. Trust me I tried dealing with other Harley Davidson dealerships and none compare to MineShaft. One day when I decide to upgrade, it will only be with them.

Mineshaft Harley Davidson is a fantastic local business. They go above and beyond to get you what you want or need. If they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, they hustle to get it super fast. They didn’t have the bike I wanted, so the GM (Ray) busted tail, made deals and drove out of state to grab me a new Fat Bob. All within a few days. Talk about excellent service and dedication! They’ve respectfully earned my business! Keep up the great work and outstanding service guys.

This dealership is fantastic. The people are wonderful. The prices are right. They even gave us a loaner bike to use while they serviced our bike.

Love the people that work there. They have been life long friends of mine.

Stopped here for a quick Harley Challange check-in and break. Rode here from Bristol. Although they were closed for Easter, most Harley Davidson dealerships are clean, have outdoor seating for both patrons and riders needing a break. I'll be returning here when they are open to get my T-shirt and Poker Chips that I buy from each and every Harley Davidson dealership I visit.

We had a flat tire while traveling on the Country Music Highway. I'll called Mineshaft and they come with a trailer and picked us and the bike up. Got us back on the road with a new tire. I'm glad there is still a small "mom & pop" Harley-Davidson dealership. Special thanks to Seth for his help!

Greatest Harley dealership I’ve ever been to they had great friendly people & salesmen there and made me feel like family,all around wonderful place to get all your Harley idem’s.

Stopped in on the way from Michigan to Asheville to stretch our legs and get a chip. Great location and super friendly staff.

Excellent friendly service. Salesman are not to pushy and listen to what you are looking for. Quick to help with any issues, that may come up, in a timely fashion. 👍 👍

Very clean. They have a smaller showroom and moderate inventory but the staff are very friendly and have accessory stock that most other H-D shops don't have. Definitely worth a day trip just to check them out.

It is a nice Harley Davidson shop. The staff was very helpful and had knowledge of their products. As we was checking out, a gentleman came up and said the the staff should have offered us a good cold bottle of water. He actually reach down and handed us a couple bottles of water and wished us safe travels. We gathered our items and the cashier informed us that he was the owner.

Mineshaft is my local HD dealership and I will always purchase my new bikes there. I feel that all avid HD riders should do that vs running out of state or to the big overblown corporate showrooms that HD wants. HD is allowing big dealerships to absorb small family owned businesses. That is not cool.

Gary is a deal closer and very professional! He has excellent rapport and willing to make a deal. He will make it happen if possible.

Sherry and Vicky in the clothing dept are excellent also. I remember them during my first purchase at Prestonsburg HD. They are like family and go beyond to find a piece of gear for me. They have put items behind the counter and saved it so I could get it payday

I can’t say enough about all the staff at mineshaft HD. Ray, Seth, Aubrey, smitty, Barry etc. beginning with the Blakcburns They are an excellent crew and make me feel like family.

One of the most genuine Harley shops I've been in. Lady at the counter is extremely nice. Guy in parts is nice. Seem like their shirts/merch are cheaper here than most other dealerships I've been in.
