Dairy Cheer

OH MY GOD!!! We need one of these back where we live. Talk about a small quaint place to eat. GREAT prices and Delicious food. Let's see, DID NOT get food poisoning. Uh, FOOD WAS HOT AND DELICIOUS! That's for those bogus negative reviews. We came yesterday before the Vanilla Ice concert and I got the smasher burger. A smashed burger with a bacon cheese sauce. DELISH!! Wife got a basic Bacon Cheeseburger. Both hit the spot for a low price. We hit the road this morning and had such a great time the day before we stopped before heading back to Knoxville. I got the Steak and Cheese omlette. LAWD HAVE MERCY!!! SO good! Way better than say IHOP or Dennnys! A basic, but beyond, home cooked breakfast. Wife got a ridiculously large breakfast of home made biscuits, gravy, bacon, eggs, and apples. The gravy was to die for. It was called The One and Only Breakfast. If we are ever back this way we are definitely eating here again!!!!

Went in and got out some food to go. Absolutely delicious! Loved their milkshakes and their onion rings!

First time eating here. Food was good got a smash burger with cheddar cheese and fry and drink. Then couple hours later went back to get banana split oh my goodness so good diary queen good but if I had to choice side by side I would go here

We moved here from outta state, and live close to this location. It's become our favorite place to eat! The service is always great, our order is always correct and the quality of the food and the menu options are top notch. Tonight we went for dinner and my boyfriend wanted to add an egg to his burger, which is his absolute favorite from home, and not many places will do it. They happily did it! He LOVED it and declared this his favorite place to eat hands down here.

The ice-cream is great! But when I was inside one afternoon, I heard one of the cooks cussing like a sailor. I felt so bad for the girls working next to him. They looked very uncomfortable. It didn't end during our meal and he was still going on as we left. I don't think we will be returning after that.

Had a Smasharue, which is the best hamburger you can get that you don't make yourself, in my eyes, and a large order of cheese cubes and washed it all down with a large chocolate shake. This place has the old time diner feel and the food will not disappoint!

We was craving a smashburger and onion rings! We ate inside and as we were leaving I got some of the best ice cream ever black rasbery Cheesecake! If you are like me and like sweets especially creamy sweets then you must try their ice cream I love it!!!

Love my hometown Dairy Cheer the people were so friendly and my food was Amazing. Can't wait til I come back and get the Best Hot Fudge Cake EVER.

I LOVE Dairy Cheer! Hands down, the best selection of ice cream/milkshakes and diner/fast food in the area. The footlongs are legendary, as are the onion rings, and if you go through the drive thru with your dog,

I had lunch at Dairy Cheer a couple of weeks ago. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The food was good, exactly the type of food you'd expect from this sort of place. There was a large, and loud, group there at the same time, so that was a bit annoying. The restaurant can't be blamed for that, though. I will definitely be going back.

We stopped for milkshakes on our way back home - marshmallow and banana! Very good flavor list - smelled amazing even from the parking lot

An absolute local cultural icon.... ANYONE who is in the same city as this incredible restaurant (Pikeville, KY) is URGED to try a Smashburger and a Tangerine Swirl!! Haha. 🥰

Friendly service, home style fast food, and a nice cozy diner to eat everything in. Couldn't ask for much better. Their breakfast is especially good.

The restaurant staff is very accommodating and friendly. the food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was like something from that old 50s Tv show happy days. a truly unique experience. we will definitely be going back next time we are in Pikeville KY.

I have been visiting Dairy Cheer, since I was a kid. We use to go bowling at the alley where the Walters car lot was, in back. They have always had the best milkshakes in town, and other than just fast food, they always offered lots of home cooked type items as well. I personally always get a Smashburger with chili, coleslaw and onions with an order of fries and fried mushrooms. The standard of food hasn't changed in all these years, it was great when I was a kid, and just as good now. I recommend this place to anyone.
