Kentucky Court Of Justice Circuit Court Clerk's Office

Registered as a Pike County for like 4 months when I got a Jury summons. After explaining that I work second shift with 10-14 hour shifts, and don’t fall asleep until like 6am, and it would be physics detrimental to my health to have to then be at the court house at 9am for Jury, then go back to work another long shift as soon as I leave there, one of the judge determined that they know my health better than I do.
I got off of work on time at 11pm last night, but still didn’t fall asleep until after 4am due to my sleep schedule, and have been trying to call the office since 5 minutes til 8am to inform them that because Your Honor has no honor and wouldn’t excuse me, that I can now no longer serve due to the information I came across online. Since they won’t answer their phones, I now have to drive to the court house on 3 hours of sleep basically to tell them to go screw themselves.

I have been calling this number from 11am-330pm today with a total of 7 calls. No one has picked up.

It is almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone!

This office never answers its phone. It’s paid by taxpayers but isn’t accessible by the people
