Quick and professional. Blew out 2 tires on Saturday. They ordered on Monday, installed and alignment completed by noon. Did not have an appointment. Will be back to do business with them again.

Very fast and efficient service. Didn't worry about them pushing a lot of extra things on my. Great prices. They were very nice and took care of my daughters car while she was at college and we couldn't get to her!

I took my F150 in this week because it needed plugs and some sensors. When this group of men tell you they will have it done in a couple of hours they mean it. The work was completed quickly and very accurately. Also the man at the counter is just a top shelf customer service guy. I bring all my vehicles here. Great work and they have really great pricing.

Excellent service! Checked our tires, one that had damage from running over a metal object in the road. Got us on our way back to Michigan. Very helpful and professional service men! Even looked up Discount Tire stores on our route where we bought the tire so we could get it exchanged under our service contract. Thank you, Roadtested for your help and kindness! Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. They gave me a much cheaper price than another garage I had called. I would recommend them to anyone.

I came to visit from Houston and no one could help me with my car battery, BUT these guys. The manager had a friendly sprite as a manager/ owner should. I would recommend everyone to stop here first.

My son is a student at UPike and had a bad radiator on his BMW, we needed to find a trusted mechanic ASAP. We contacted them and they were beyond helpful especially Justin. They typically didn’t do work on these types of vehicles but made and exception and fixed his radiator and sent him on his way. Roadtested came in clutch when my brake lines went out on me. They were able to get to my Jeep within 24-hours, provide quality service, and were professional and easy to work with. They definitely earned a new customer for all my future needs while in Pikeville, KY!

After having a major steering problem on rt 23 on my Ford f350 with a truck camper in the rear while heading to Florida, I called and they said the would work it in. The men at this shop litterly dropped everything and repaired my truck within a hour or so of pulling into their shop! I was treated professionally and honestly. Justin took care of us. My son who is attending the University of Pikeville had a power steering pump issue. The team got his car fixed for less than the quote and even delivered it to the field where he was having football practice.

We will continue to use Roadtested for the next few years till my son graduates and returns home to Chattanooga.
