Can’t call the post office directly to ask any questions about your mail!!! Hold time to 800 # is way too long!! Mail carrier has been unreliable at times. Don’t like the idea of the US Postal Service contracting out delierery Services to Outside the US Postal Service without them not being under strict guidelines to have drug testing and other government guidelines required by the federal government. We have seen a lot of problems in mail delivery service because of this contracting problem. It needs to stop immediately!!! If they can’t pass the test given by the government then they should not be allowed to work under the Postal Service!!! ⚠😡

They don’t answer their phone

USPS is the worst mail carrier I have ever seen. They will never deliver my packages, they will always mark it as (Available for Pickup) and then when I go to get it, “Sorry, it must still be with the driver, because we don’t have it here.” It makes 3 days and I still haven’t received my package or even know if I will receive it, at this point it’s probably lost.

If I could rate this USPS site Zero stars I would.. It is impossible to call the local USPS. They either don not answer the phone at all or it don't work.. I called for 2 hours and let it ring until it stops and no one's ever answered the phone. I don't drive and they have packages that they claim has an insufficient address. But after checking with the supplier I ordered from it's actually correct. So how do I get my packages now if I don't drive and you won't answer the phone to help resolve this issue?

I have tried to call the post office I have paperwork for a hardship mailbox. I need to talk to someone about it. The phone just rings for 3 minutes then get a busy single. I want them to answer phone do I have to email the post master general in Washington D.C.

I have a return label and offered to pay for the paper and ink but they wouldn’t print it for me. She wanted me to pay nearly $15 for a new return label. I don’t understand why they can’t use their printer. She was also very rude about it. This is why usps services will discontinue as technology and drones become more common place.

Tried to call but they kept hanging up on me. Ups is more professional than usps. Don't waste your time. Driver was to lazy to drive up a hill. With no snow or ice on it. Now it has been 3 days since my package was supposed to be here. I can't pick it up because they won't answer the phone.

The mail carrier will not bring my packages to my house.

I moved into a new apartment and was told to get my mailbox key from the postal office. After filling out a form, I was told to come by either on Tuesday or Friday to see if it’s ready.. this is for a mailbox key.. 3 weeks later they still don’t have it ready.. they lie to you saying “it’s the weather”.. this place is a joke

Absolutely the rudest experience I've had from a post office. The employees here have no business working with public whatsoever. Do whatever you can to avoid this location.
