Fantastic experience at Blue River Gems. My wedding ring design is quite unique as you can see from the photos. I needed it sized up as I’ve been unable to wear it for the last couple of years due to having arthritis develop in my hands. I had already taken it to one jeweler who had no idea how to accomplish this. Mark at Blue River knew exactly what to do. And there is NO sign of his alteration. He added both white and yellow gold, incorporating them into the “strands” of the design. Amazing craftsmanship!

They were very experienced and knowledgeable in gyms. I don't know if you've ever been there but they were able to determine what it was that I had. If you've ever been to Heather's water and ice they sell these little diamond crush things that you're able to break apart and 1 in 24 boxes has a diamond. The crazy thing about it is we ended up getting what we thought was the diamond The color was accurate there was nothing else that looked like it and we figured phone let's go see what it is. Well with their expert knowledge and continued wanting to know themselves they ended up determining it was rose courts. Mark resized and repaired a platinum wedding set that was inherited to my wife. The band was broken in two areas, and had to repair another jewelers' work. The set looks absolutely brand new now. Had my Tag Heuer overhauled today by Shyanne this morning and she did an amazing job. Very nice gal and very professional. Will bring all my watches to her for servicing from now on, worth the drive.

I had a diamond missing on my ring and sent it to Mark and he took care of it right away! My ring came back fixed and looking like new. He is a skilled and honest jeweler.

The lady that helped me was very nice. Love my Palm Tree Pendant! I would have liked a 14kt gold one though. Oh well maybe next time.

We have been in town about a year and we were just told about Blue River...my wife broke her necklace...a necklace that carries the ashes of her daughter... the lady at the counter, and the owner were so adamant about taking great care... we got a text, many days early, saying it was done... picked it up and we were so happy to see the job that had been done...and it was returned SO clean!!!... thanks you guys, you got a customer for life...
