Hands down. This is the best place for anything hardware. The staff is insanely friendly and helpful, and creates a fantastic shopping experience. Chuck is my favorite, he is probably one of the most knowledgeable locksmiths I have ever met and just a great guy.

Anytime we need a tool or elusive sized nut/bolt/washer we head to Hanks in Lone Oak. They even have a Post Office inside which is super convenient. I've never had a bad experience with anyone who works there. GREAT local business!

Hank bros in always helpful. I came in from Mayfield to get Propane for may generator. They filled my tanks for a better rate than an exchange would be.

Personal help at a family owned hardware store.... you can't get that anywhere else and I am so happy that it is only a mile from the house and It will always be a go to place. Ccw friendly and pet friendly as well and some items they have you won't find anywhere else!!!!!

Simply put. If they cannot find what you need or help you with what you need they will tell you who/where you need to go to complete your project. This store also has a fully functional Post Office for your convenience!

I walked in the door and the first person I saw asked me what I needed
And pointed me strait to it . That was really helpful I thought it was terrific

Needed brass bar stock and solid brass fasteners. They had it all! I had someone greet me at the door and stay with me till everything was found. You dont get that over the internet!
