We are staying in the area for a bit and had an issue with our Jeep. Not only were they willing to help us the same day (thankfully since all of our bolts were loose on a very important part), but their prices were not the prices we are used to in the city. They are so nice. They even appeased my wife's nervousness because of the shimmy she still felt on our way home in the rear of the Jeep. I took it back the next day and they tested everything, tightened everything, and explained what will happen and why and that certain things are normal. Mr Boatright is a certified master mechanic for Jeep Chrysler Dodge. He and his wife and staff made us feel welcome and like locals.
