Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

This service has saved me the headache of worrying about annoying and scary critters in my comfy house! I would definitely recommend Mr. Jesse Tarter for coming out and not only giving me a quick inspection but for treating the perimeter of our property. He’s the best! We have not seen any pests within our home!
Oh and Trent with customer service is a doll as well!

We used Truly Nolan Pest and Termite Control at our cabin at Lake Havasu so I was not there when they came. They always do a good job but sometime I would like it scheduled when we are there so they can do inside. Maybe sometime this summer we will be there more and can schedule that service when we are there, thank you.

My Technician, Michael is always there as scheduled. He does everything as listed and even more if he notices anything that might be a problem looking forward, He makes me aware of any issues he might find and takes care of it immediately. Great service and great technician. Lynn

I was one of those OH GREAT customers that needed everything done yesterday! Danielle in the office was so very helpful and understanding! She sent Erin out to my home that evening and he gave me so much knowledge to spread to my husband that evening when he got home. We decided to protect our home and the following day Jesse and Erin came and did an amazing job with a smile even though it went past dark. These guys are awesome to deal with and will answer any and all questions even the weird ones! :0) I highly recommend them! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!

This company understands the meaning of Customer Service! Our technician, Mike as well as the office staff, is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Never once did they try to "up-sell" me into a product that I didn't need. Understood my needs and presented options. The home they are servicing for me is a rental. Very respectful of our tenants.

Thank you to our technician Jesse he was pleasant and on time, got rid of all the unwanted guests at our house and yard. and he said if we need him to come back he's just a phone call away! Jesse is a great asset to Truly Nolen, he is friendly, fast and efficient😊He came out right away and took care of call of live scorpion in my house and other bugs in and out of my house!

Jesse was so extremely professional and thorough with his job. I was very impressed and I was extremely happy that they were able to come at the last minute on a Saturday which I was very much appreciative due to the fact that I have baby Chihuahuas and was concerned about them being bitten by ants. I would definitely recommend this company and Jesse to anyone.

I love this company! I tried many different pest control companies in town and this one has been my favorite! Very professional staff, always friendly! My guy, Mike Donaghey customizes our service! He is fantastic and only a call away if I need him! He also knows the scheduled sprays are usually during new baby's nap time so I get a call or a quiet knock when he gets here! I appreciate him! Highly recommend!

After reading other reviews I decided to give TrulyNolen a chance and I was blown away immediately. I called to get info and Danielle answered.. she was courteous and helpful. I scheduled an appointment and Erin came the next day ...He was INCREDIBLY knowledgable. He genuinely cared about our concerns and took the time to educate us on our personal needs and Tailor fitted a plan for our property where the technician Michael (who came out IMMEDIATELY) also took out the time to make us comfortable with him in our home, executed the game plan fast and efficient. I can not speak highly enough about the truly Nolen team!! Lake havasu is lucky to have you!

I have used this company for years. They have always notified before the date of service, and my technician has always arrived on time. Mike, my current "bug guy" is awesome! He is attentive to what I have to say, and works hard to take care of all of my pest problems.

We have been using Truly Nolan for our termite and pest control for ten years now. We have had excellent service from the local office staff and the technicians who provide the actual service. We have enjoyed a perfectly pest free environment in our home. on the few very rare occasions that we have seen any "critters" our the technician has responded promptly and eradicated the problem. Any questions we've had are answered including "what kind of bug is this?
completely satisfied.

Michael is a wonderful employee for Truly Nolen. He is efficient, personable and just a nice guy. Seems to go the extra mile for his people. Would recommend him anytime.

Brandy, Erin and Michael are amazing! I found out I had a beg bug problem a week before I am supposed to have a lot of family over for thanksgiving. When I called them and told them I have a 5 month old baby and have family coming to town they rushed over to get the inspection and initial treatment done today! And Michael is even coming in early to be at my house at 7 am on Tuesday of next week to have a second treatment done before my guests get here from out of town! They are amazing. Lifesavers! Now I can rest easy knowing they are there for me!

Jessie came very quickly when I found a cockroach in my bedroom. They fit me into his schedule so I would not have to worry about the roach and I could sleep peacefully. He CAUGT the roach and disposed of it!! He then did a thorough spraying inside and outside. Very pleased with Jessie and the prompt answer to my urgent need!!

The technician is always prompt and thorough and we are notified well in advance of the service call. We are fully satisfied with Truly Nolan's service. We highly recommend them.

We have been having bees in and around our back patio and 3 year old's swimming pool the last few days and as a first time customer, I just wanted to ask a couple questions over the phone. I called after hours and reached Joel in the call center. He couldn't really answer my questions (I understand he's not certified), but he was extremely kind and understanding and after hearing me repeatedly tell my son to watch out because there's another bee, he spoke to a supervisor and got someone to come do an inspection. Erin showed up less than an hour later! He was wonderful! Erin answered all my questions, searched the yard and outside of the house for hives, gave me a bee lesson, calmed some of my concern, and had a conversation with my son about the bees going grocery shopping in his swimming pool. 😄 Thankfully, it appears as though we do not actually have a bee issue but I'll definitely be calling again if anything comes up! To Erin: Parker has been talking about the "bee guy" all evening 😊 Thank you for your promptness, kindness, and knowledge! It is really so appreciated!
