Ordered a new pit boss combination smoker/grill. It was assembled and delivered at no extra charge. The delivery drivers actually showed up early and we’re kind enough to bring the grill all the way around to my back porch. This experience deserves more than 5 stars

Edit: so its almost a year later and this grill/smoker from Lowe’s is still one of the greatest purchases ever. Use this thing all the time. Recently my oven had issues so I used the smoker to make a frozen pizza and it worked awesome.

Awesome store with tons of items in stock. They have parking for Veterans which I appreciate and a 10% discount for VETS. It's nice to be recognized and appreciated as a Veteran. It's not a wind fall but a lot BETTER than Home Despot.

Employees are very helpful. Even called the store across town to find us what we needed. Southside went above and beyond for us. Mall employees very nice as well

We could not find the item we were looking for. We found Justin and he directed us to where it should be. We were about to give up when he came to check on us. He came back to see if we'd found it. He went out of his way to help us get the item we came for. He also helped load it into our truck.

About a month ago, I purchased an outdoor roll blind at an awesome price. However, when my son went to install it, we discovered that it was defective. We returned it to the store & got a refund bc there wasn't another blind of the same size in the color that I wanted. I went across town & purchased two shorter ones (at double the original price of the larger one), but quickly found out that the two were too long together, & one was too short. I ended up using only one, but was unhappy w the look. See photo. I took one of them back & got a refund. Then a couple of weeks ago, I was shopping for flowers there & found that the original size & color that I had originally purchased was in stock. I was worried that I would have an issue with buying it at the cost that I had originally paid. I had my receipt showing the exact size & price that I paid & wanted to "price match". I went to customer service prepared to have to have to fight for that price & talk to a manager to get it! However, I was very pleasantly surprised when the service rep agreed right away to give it to me at my original price!! I even purchased another one for the side of the carport! I haven't been able to get my son back to install the new ones yet, but it will look much better when he does. I cannot say enough good things about Lowes now! I am very pleased with the company. Thank you so much. Btw, I am a female veteran that appreciates the discount that Lowe's gives too. Thanks again. Sorry about the length of this post tho.

It has everything you would want in a hardware store. Always check prices. Sometimes home Depot is better on pricing sometimes Lowe's. Stay loyal to your wallet.

I bought a weed eater. The young man who helped me was very helpful. There was a long line at checkouts. They self-help register were down. But the gentleman at the register was fast and efficient got us out quick. So all in all wasn't too bad. Just needed a little patience.

The employees here are very kind and helpful. I don't usually try to bother them, but they are very when I need to. I was in the store this morning in the flooring section. A lady working there, Katie, was very polite and helpful. She had only been working there for a short time but was very helpful and polite in regard to helping us to purchase some flooring.

Just wanted to share how great the two associates Michael (didn’t get other boys name) were in trying to help us tonight!!! Unfortunately Lowes didn’t carry what we needed in-store. Well at least not at a price we were willing to pay but despite this Michael +1 went majorly above & beyond to help us!!! It was a pleasant surprise from past experiences @ Lowes!!! Thanks guys. I hope y’all get the recognition you deserve for your awesome customer service!!!

Very nice Lowes. One of the best I have visited. So many displays to see in several areas giving you such a selection to choose from.

Man everyone at this store is awesome and Helpful. Big shout-out to Johnny though , he went above and beyond helping us get rid of bottles and boxes we needed to fill our truck up . Thanks Johnny you rock !

Connor in gardening was very professional and absolutely helpful for my mom . Helped us find our products fast. Helped us check out fast. As well as the best part helping my mom load all of her items in her car because she has a bad arm and bad back. So thank you to Connor for making our shopping trip a little less stressful !

The people in the kitchen & tile areas were very helpful finding what I needed. One of the guys in the tool section was also very helpful.

Came in to find a bolt to replace my seat belt anchor bolt in my car till I was able to get a permanent fix. The employee who helped me was very helpful worked with me to find a bolt that had the proper thread spacing and diameter. Though he admitted that I'd be better off going to a car parts store or scrapyard which I agreed. Definitely would shop here again.

We needed a very specific item at Lowe’s that also required a bit of a modification. Several different staff members helped us and were very friendly and courteous.

I enjoy the selection of products here,from plants to items for home repair or improvement. Staff is generally knowledgeable. Orders can be placed online for pickup,and delivery is an option for large items such as appliances. Much better than home depot

Donald in pro services was so helpful and kind. My father passed away in the middle of the bathroom renovation my mom, son and I went to get the materals we needed and he gave my mom a discount. Aiden in flooring was absolutely kind and patient as well. The supervisor in pro services with dark hair in two buns on her head was not a nice person and was truly hateful and rude. You never know what people are going through it's not that hard to be kind. Thank you Donald and Aiden you were a Godsend.

I wish I had gotten this ladies name . There was a younger girl in the flowers that greeted me as I came up in the flowers. She was so sweet and knew exactly where the air filters were. I found them but couldn't figure out how much. So the checkout inside was so sweet to price check. And it was a great price. I saved $10 per filter.
