I normally go 1-3 pm. Day shift manager changed everything. It will all be good and it will all be right. She is the place. Good attitude and extremely nice.

We went to the drive tru and grabbed a couple of sandwiches. Hot and delicious.

My husband and I visited this location during a lunch rush. The employees were busy working and the manager was running around, helping get orders out. Her name is Cheyenne. When she finally got to us, she acknowledged us with a big smile and a sweet demeanor. I appreciated her positive attitude.

Food was fresh for both breakfast and lunch on two separate days. The fries were fresh and hot also! The service was friendly and didn't take a long time to greet me at the speaker or hand me food at the window. They also asked that I had everything after watching me check instead of giving me the "get on out of here" look.

Good place to stop by for a meal. Service was fast. Little wait time.

The ladies there that night were very warming and welcoming. Love the food.

The new sandwich was outstanding. The time to get me a sandwich was very fast and it was done right. Nothing more than that is what I wanted.i ate in my car so the dining experience was perfect. The new ruban is the bomb. Gobtry it and tell them I said to come. I'll get 10 % off if you do.

Showed up a lil late for a lunch break the drive thru was packed and there was several people inside and 2 in line already I got up there and ordered 2 roast beefs and small curly. Before I could even walk to the back of the aisle they already hollered my name an the food was so fresh everything hot and fresh just the way u would want it. Awesome job today..

We come here every Tuesday after my daughter's gymnastics, and I've never had a complaint. The service is always fast and the food is always great. My kids really love the sliders and I love the Italian sub. The beef and cheddar is really good as well. It's a little pricey for fast food, but to me the quality is well worth it. And the staff is always really nice, which anymore is hard to find.

I stop by regularly for lunch sometimes dine in sometimes to go. As a truck driver we have limited access to good quality restaurants. But there is a place to park just to eat and go. Food is always fresh and service is normally good.

Food was great (beef and cheddar for my husband and ham and chz croissant for me) but the service was even better! I wish I had got his name because he deserves ALL the credit and a raise or promotion but the guy who greeted me at the door, took my order, brought it back with a smile and even went back to get me a cup of water was awesome. This type service is a rarity these days so Arby's better hang on to him. We talked about how good our food was our whole trip and how the next time we come by there we are stopping again!

Me an my girlfriend stopped here on our way back to Tennessee from Indiana at 9:30pm it wasn’t busy but wasn’t dead either had people inside and in drive through we ordered and the staff was polite and professional the food didn’t take long was what we ordered was hot and tasted good I haven’t been to arbys in over a decade and this experience was great and I’ll definitely be going to arbys more often hopefully my local restaurant can hold the same standard as the Russellville location great job guys thank you!

Store is clean and modernized. Service was great thanks to Lisa the cashier. Food was awesome and ready before by the time I had my drinks filled. Love the variety of seating and TV in dining area. Restrooms were private and clean also.

Friendly and knowledgeable store employees. Ready to help and very aware of customer needs and expectations. Genuine caring employees.

We have a Arbys near us and we drive 30 miles and into Kentucky from Tennessee. It's always worth it!!!

First time eating at this location. We came by at 8:45 pm food was fresh and good, drive thru was fast and our server was polite. Very very satisfied thankyou!!

I have been to Arbys to eat ever since I was a kid, and I absolutely love Arbys and the last few times that I have went have been amazing. The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful and overall nice people, if you haven't tried arbys I'd say your missing out and I'd recommend giving arbys a try.

They got some super awesome loaded chicken bacon, ranch fries🍟😋
