Huddle House

I come here often. Chelsea and Austin are 2 of my 4 favorite people there. They always treat us friendly and our food is extremely good. These 2 make ordering food there a truly pleasant experience. Thank you Chelsea and Austin for the Great service. Look forward to the Philly (only cheese) and my Big house BlT (only bacon & American cheese). I order same thing usually. Thank you again.

I go here a lot and always get the same thing. But was treated very well by 2 people that work there. One is a blonde named Kelly, and the other is the cook named Dustin. They are so nice and pleasant to deal with. They have to be my 2 favorite people that work there. It's always good to see them both there. Thank you Kelly and Dustin for the great service and great Philly steak n cheese and big house blts only bacon and cheese. We love the food, and you two always make it such a friendly environment.

Always a great place for breakfast... Great portions for the price... Walk in hungry walk out full... Clean tables... Very nice staff...

I like to call the Huddle House the classy version of The Waffle House. The food is good. I had a crispy chicken salad. I also ordered a waffle because it seemed appropriate! Bring the kids...

Highly would not recommend I got a Oreo crunch waffle with whip cream on it and found the whip cream cap inside the whip cream also got a chocolate chip waffle and had strawberry in it that I didn't ask for worst experience yet will not go back.

Edit- huddle house was VERY quick to resolve my issue. Cassandra the manager was very sweet, and was very understanding and compassionate. She called me and did what she could to change our huddle house experience. Our waitress was Marsha and she was on second shift, she waited on us amazing. She was polite, fast, respectful, and went above and beyond with friendly service. (You’re great! Thank you) Zeke was our cook and he made our food wonderful. I got a southwestern bowl and I definitely 10/10 recommend! Thank you huddle house for changing our experience. We will be back to dine in.

This place has become our favorite. The coffee is good, the waffles are hot, and the service is exceptional. The manager has the best attitude and is always cheerful. The workers all seem to get along and enjoy their jobs. The only thing I wish were different is the seating. I wish they had larger tables so I could bring all my family at once and we could sit together. The MVP is my favorite meal because there's a lot of variety. However I wish there were a smaller portion version of it.

The staff is very friendly, wonderful people. Serve your breakfast dinner, etc, with a smile on their face. We love going here to eat a nice breakfast. They have great food.

I have Alpha Gal and can not eat any red meat not pork due to a tick bite.
Hubby and I were taking a day trip to admire fall leaves. Stopped in at London Ky Hwy 192 location.
I asked manager if there was anyway a spot could be cleaned in the grill for my eggs and hash browns. She didn't believe so for it'd take bricking the whole grill.
I get that and completely understand!!
I turned to leave when one of the cooks turns to me.
He told me he'd heard my request and he'd take care of me.
Both cooks jumped into action and quickly and thoroughly cleaning a small spot on the grill for my food to be cooked!
And they did!!
I watched them.
No other food was cooked on that spot until after my order was complete!
Wow!!!
I was deeply touched and impressed!
Those guys did not have to do what they did!
But they did!!
They went above and beyond great customer service!!
When I received my order I wept!!!
Since contracting this horrible disease in April this year I have had to limit my diet. Oh lawdy I miss a good steak or a sloppy cheeseburger and gracious bacon!!!
But cooks like this are a rarity!!
They helped Make sure my dining experience was a safe and good one!!!
I did not have to fear a life threatening experience where if I eat the wrong thing, my airway swells up restricting my breathing! Horribly scary!!

The food was good hot and fast service was great

We went to huddle house today to eat. The staff was very friendly. The food was made fresh and the cook was very nice and respectful. It was the best food I have had a huddle house in a while! Thank you for good service. It was so good.

Overall good experience. Food was great but smaller portions compared to what it used to be precovid. Staff could have been friendlier but at least they're open again. Yeah, I'd go there again. Everyone is entitled to an offer day from time to time. 3.5 stars is my rating.
