Staff is super friendly and helpful, store layout is easy to navigate and well-organized, prices are great, and their selection of reptiles, snakes, spiders, and aquatic animals is great! I’ve been a loyal customer here since I got my first leopard gecko 3 years ago, and I don’t plan on stopping!

My family bought our first indoor pet that is larger than a fish today. We looked around and seen the most beautiful birds and fish and then landed at the guinea pigs. We went in to browse and left with a precious pet. The staff helped us with selecting a cage and other necessities for our guinea pig. We are very happy with our purchase.

Fantastic store. People there are super helpful. I didn't know anything about fish tanks at first they helped alot. Main thing is that they don't try to make you buy anything you don't need.

Love this place :) I have been coming here since they first opened up when I was just a little kid. Now I’m married and me and my husband continue to come here. They have definitely come a long way. They offer everything you need and if they possibly don’t have it they can order it for you. The main guy who runs it is very knowledgeable!

This place is awesome. They have everything you need for a pet and if for some crazy reason they don't, they can order it for you. They have tons of animals to choose from and have all types of living habitats to take your pet home that day along with bedding and toys if wanted. I have a snake which needs mice to live off of and different things in its cage to make it feel like the outside world. I'm able to provide the outside world to my snake in an air conditioned house thanks to this place. I am also able to provide live bait for my snake or frozen if I choose any time needed. I have been here several times in the past. For Mothers Day my boys came here and bought me young Iguana. The animals that they sale are all well-kept and healthy. They have amazing prices compared to other pet stores that I have visited. They are very friendly and helpful and I love the fact that they are knowledgeable about their animals. From a lady who loves her animals, this is hands down the best pet store around this area.

I've been in some nasty pet shops, so 5 stars off the bat for just keeping it clean. I use them more for their supplies and feeder insects. Haven't bought any live pets, but I always look around and the pets they sell seem healthy and well taken care of. No signs of ill health or neglect. Staff has been able to answer every question I've had, seem very knowledgeable, nice (one guy gave my son a little dead pool bobble head off the register because he was reaching for it) I like these people, plus I use the store a lot, so easy 5 stars.

Great guys and a great selection. Pet stores in the area are hard to find and this is one of the better ones. I always stop by when I'm in town to see what new items they have or what type of things they have on sale. The fish tank accessory selection is very nice and they have a little bit of everything for fish tanks.

They are very friendly and very helpful. I had to have crickets to feed my bearded dragon and I got there 5 min after they closed but they still unlocked their door so I could get them .I would recommend them to everyone.

Great service. Staff don't mind explaining the ins and outs of what you need for your pets and how to properly take care of them. Great prices and really good pets as well as a pretty wide range of choices of different animals and products.

I bought my little boys a beautiful corn snake here. The people that work here seem very knowledgeable about the pets they sell and their prices are very fair! I will be visiting once a week from now on to purchase my feeder mice for the snake as well as anything else let related I need.

This place is the best place I have bought from owner is very helpful I bought my red eared sliders there and the employees and owner had very good information that I didn’t know I needed despite my research that I had already done overall would definitely recommend I still shop there for my fish and plants! The staff here is so nice and they had an amazing selection of animals. We ended up getting our first free crickets for our Pacman frog free and the staff genuinely know what they are talking about! Service is great and I barely had to find anything on my own!!
