I am always well treated here! They get you in and out quick. I saw dr. Claudia yesterday, she was quick efficient the nurses were very kind. Definitely recommend coming from someone who hates going to the doctor

I had forgotten my daughter’s insurance card at home, with out it my daughter wasn’t going to be able to be seen. The receptionist at the front desk went above and beyond to help find a way for my daughter to still be seen! Ended up she found a copy of it through my husbands account and we were in and out with in 45 minutes!

Wonderful nurse; wonderful nurse practitioner; wonderful receptionist! All were kind and knowledgeable and I didn’t have to wait long. AND….My health problem was resolved 100%. Completely satisfied!!

I had to go to Fast Pace - Russellville, due to a bug sting on my hand and elbow. My PCP was closed, and although, I had a lot of swelling and discomfort, I didn't believe it was a life or death emergency. So I didn't want to go to the emergency room at the hospital, but knew I needed help. This was my first visit at this clinic and I was very impressed! Everyone was so caring and compassionate, from the lady who checked me in, to the nurse and the provider who cared for me. Great experience in my time of need!

The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and compassionate. She took time to talk to me found the problem and got prescription.

We didn’t have a long wait. The front desk was super nice! The nurse was caring and the Doctor was so thorough and smart! Most definitely our go to when sick!

We were walk ins for my mom.It took a while but when we checked in we were told and honestly she didn't miss it by much but I was happy with the honesty.Everyone was super nice and really cared about the service they provided! Will go back if my GP is not available.

We recently moved here and our daughter needed to be seen asap. We made our appointment online- come appointment time we had a short wait. Filled out quick paperwork(via text link) and we were called back within 30mins. The doctor and Nurse were great. They listened to my concerns about our daughter. She was tested in Office and quickly seen. Medication was sent over and She was treated with no hassle! One of the best Urgent care clinics we’ve been to! The front office Lady was absolutely the sweetest! Definitely recommend!

I was able to book the appointment online, complete my paperwork and take a pic of my insurance card that went straight to my account. When I got there, I didn't have to fill out several papers and get there 1/2 hr early to do so. The people were friendly and very personable. They had an emergency while I was there and of course they attended to it right away as I would expect. April the receptionist was only there for 2 days and was awesome as if she was there forever. Regina the nurse who did my intake of information was great and funny, and Rebecca the provider, listened to my story of symptoms, listened to my lungs and worked out my diagnosis and plan of care. The whole team was wonderful.

I’ve been here 3 times since February and I’ve been taken back fast and seen fast too! I’ve had strep with flu like symptoms each time and with body aches and chills and feeling out of it I was extremely appreciate of how fast everything went. The receptionist is super sweet and the MA’s are really nice too! The doctors that I’ve seen have been really sweet and thorough! I would highly recommend coming here.

Recently had to visit this facility due to extreme neck pain. Long story short they were able to see me, and despite my wait (I’m not one to really get upset about having to wait anyway) the care I received was phenomenal. My nurse (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was absolutely wonderful and understanding of my pain that was so hard to describe. The doctor, Kayla, was equally wonderful and both were so kind even though I was the last patient of the day and I knew they were ready to go home to their families. I appreciated them seeing me at all for the issue I had. I highly recommend them. From someone who feared they may not care, they did. And I am so grateful.

The staff was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable initially. Easy check-in process. Very thankful for my nurse, Cynesha, who was very patient and kind. Definitely recommend.
