You can tell that Mark Hayes operates with integrity and truly cares about helping anyone with their trailer needs. I was visiting the area with our travel trailer when I noticed issues with tire wear on my trailer. They were able to check things out and offer the best recommendation for me, not what was best for making them money. If you have the option, come here first for your trailer needs, not the big shops in Bowling Green. I will be back when I need trailer work in the future!

Top notch service. Rolled into town from 5 hours away with no trailer lights. Couldn't be happier with this group. Very clean operation. After talking with them on the phone I didn't even ask for a quote. Went in to pick up the trailer A DAY LATER, 2 days sooner than expected and he told me the amount. Even when no one else could install a gooseneck hitch, they not only got me in right away and completed they work professionally, but also they charged an amazing price, especially when so many others are price gouging right now. This is been the best experience in purchasing a trailer. I worked with Alvin, and Mark the owner, and they were nothing but kind and honest and truthful. I purchased a trailer, site unseen from this company. I spoke with Alvin and Mark many times and they were very well informed about their trailers and particularly my trailer. They both went out to the trailer several times and looked it over and told me every little bump and ding and or scratch that was on the trailer. They answered every little question I had about it. And went over and above to help me understand what this trailer was all about. They told me everything I needed to know since I live in Illinois and this trailer is in Kentucky. They were so honest and so helpful and I would certainly consider purchasing any kind of trailer from them at any time.
