Looks are deceiving. This hospital may be small but the staff here are amazing. My stay after surgery was so pleasant. Every staff member went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Dr Barnes does an amazing job. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We had a brief emergency with our son that directed us to the nearest ER. There are not enough words to describe the amazing care my 4 year old received. I f it was possible and we didn’t live several states away, this ER, this team would be my first choice. Every time.

Over the years I have been to this hospital and the emergency room quite a few times. Sometimes it's been great, but other times it's been atrocious! Now, if I have a choice, I chose to go to Crittenden County Hospital. A hospital ABSOLUTELY shouldn't be so sketchy, and unreliable. After one of my visits to the Emergency Room the "doctor" who was supposed to be treating me ended up being fired because of the manner in which he "administered care". I felt forced to file a formal complaint which was confirmed completely by the attending nurse. The doctor ended up being fired, which was both good and bad. If he was so incompetent, he should have never been hired in the first place. So, there's been good and bad, and that has permanently scared me off from an institution that should always fill one with confidence.

WORST HOSPITAL ON THE PLANET!! Run from this place!!!! My dad was recently hospitalized and needed emergency surgery. The CNAs and Nurses Aides need to find new career paths because empathy and caring for people is not their calling. People like this don’t need to be working with people let alone patients. They were abusive and treated him horribly the entire time he was there. We are going to report this hospital to every organization we have to including JCHAO and AHCA.
On a more positive note, his Drs (Dr. Barnes and Dr. Yazze) were amazing and did a wonderful job. They also have a top notch bedside manner and these doctors should be the standard by which this hospital looks to when hiring caretakers. The ones they currently have need replaced immediately.

If I could give it a lower rating, I would I have been treated with disrespect by nursing staff in the emergency room. I’ve had many trips there due to multiple medical conditions, including chest pains, one of which was an actual heart attack where high had made five visits between there, and Crittenton county before somebody seen I had a blockage. They have told me to pretty much go to Baptist or Lawrence instead of there. I would think in a medical emergency if I’m having chest pains, I would go to the nearest facility I could and stabilize if they are unable to treat, then they could at least transfer me to a place they could but it seems they don’t want to do anything other than put a Band-Aid on somebody and complain if you do go there , they do have a handful of good nurses and a couple of good doctors. Majority of the staff is passive aggressive with mouth comments. I walk around dizzy, much of the time and enforced to walk all the way down the hallway to check in and all the way back to the emergency room , if I’m there for an emergency, I don’t need to be walking anywhere to check in When you were having chest pains and are dizzy and can’t function walk, the last thing he want to do is walk an extra couple hundred feet just to check in to be seen by a doctor there administration person can come to you

Broke my ankle in 3 places, admission people were nice but there wasn't a Dr to see me, and the nurse practitioner refused to give me anything for my pain because *she* doesn't believe in pain medication. She didn't even examine my injury. Her nurses were ok, but I will never go back to this place just because of her.

Dr / nurse practitioner or whatever her title is , was very rude ! I was in severe pain with abscessed teeth , she wouldn't give anything for pain , so I'm out 75.00 to 150.00 for an urgent care visit , just to get a prescription for antibiotics for the next morning. What's the point of having urgent care , if they won't help you in your time of need ! ? Very disappointed and upset , I know to not go there anymore , maybe that's what they want is to lose their business?????

I just left I have been to this hospital numerous times over the years and have never been treated in such a horrible manner before. The aid in the ER is the rudest most uncaring person i have ever met.

I almost died because of this hospital. I had a bone infection from a pulled tooth and they didn't have a clue. If I didn't go to the billings hospital I would be dead today. I wouldn't recommend this establishment unless you got a death wish
