Gillio's Pizza

we love Gillio's Pizza and always a friendly crew working in there! We make it a point to stop in there every time we pass through or are near the area.

No where has better pizza, in my opinion. The Italian beef pizza is amazing! Everything here is delicious.

Really good pizza and a family friendly environment. I would highly recommend taking your family and getting some great pizza!!

Always my favorite pizza choice in Gallatin County!

A group of 12 was visiting the area. This appears to be the only place around open to get lunch. Surprised how excellent the food was & How fast the service was. Everyone ordered different items and commented on how good everything was from the pizzas hamburgers, calzones, the italian roast beef sandwich was huge.
I noticed a sign saying they were established in 1988. I am guessing this is a new building because EVERYTHING was so nice looking inside and out. Thanks Gillio.

Dave Portnoy should for sure hit this place up! It’s probably and 8.3 on his extremely difficult scoring system.

For sure worth the stop!

Ordered 10" pepperoni pizza, cheese bread sticks, house salad with balsamic vinaigrette and the Italian beef sandwich. Everything was delicious, decent portions, didn't wait the 20 minutes they said it would be they were much faster. Very polite and friendly staff. 1st time visit will definitely be returning. Pleasantly surprised!

Simply the best. There is no other way to describe the service, food and care the Gill family puts into their work. This place is family owned and operated and has been for 30 years. You can't survive in a small town like Shawneetown unless you do things right. Honestly the best pizza and sandwiches I have ever had. If you stop by during the weekend you might have a little wait as they are busy but it is certainly worth it.

Nice little hole in the wall place in the middle of nowhere. Good food, great ladies were working.

This place was recommed to eat at as part of our day trip to Garden of Gods and we were not dissapointed! Clean, fair prices and delicious. We will be back.

Passing through the state and stopped here for lunch. Hospitality and food were wonderful.

Took over an hour to get our food but the food did taste yummy 😋.

Amazing pizza! I suggest getting extra sauce on your pie. Mix 3/4 RC and 1/4 Big Red for a delightful beverage. Get the 18" pizza and mix your toppings on each half.

Great food at reasonable prices. Dining area is very nice, clean and modern. Staff was efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

My family and I have eaten at Gillio's for over 15 years. It is part of our Southern Il culture. A mainstay and a fantastic thin crust pie! Great service from wonderful people.

We loved the old Gillio's but the new Gillio's is beyond AWESOME. Same great folks, and best pizza, with an all new beautiful and spacious building.
