I just want to express that I appreciate the kind people who run this Uhaul affiliate. I had trouble with Uhaul’s self-pick up for a moving truck but they treated me kindly and got all resolved and out the door with the truck. Good folks. Thank yall.

This place used to be good but has been going downhill for years. Need to do a project on the weekend? Their Google information says they are open Saturday, too bad they're not (don't bother telling them either, they won't update it). They'll try to rent you the wrong equipment for a job, then when you look it up yourself and inform them of the error they'll still tell you you're wrong. When you suggest that professionals disagree they'll rudely inform you that it's your choice, but if it breaks you'll be charged a hefty extra fee. What a joke

With more than 20 years active duty I have lost count how many U Haul contracts I have completed and this is the first dishonest U Haul broker I have encountered. They only have one guy that can do U Haul and he can't keep his lies straight. You will be better off driving to Corbin to get a U Haul than to try to deal with this broker. Tip to Ornsby: most dishonest people realized 20 years ago that "I called and left a message" doesn't work with call recognition.
