Hutch Chevrolet GMC

I have to say, that this purchase from Hutch was the smoothest car purchase we have made. This is the 3rd new vehicle we have bought from this lot. All 3 times went well, but this one was by far the smoothest. Buddy Jude our sales person was very nice & seen to all our needs. We were in & out in about 3 hrs. We as at other places it has taken ALL day.

I recently bought a car from a used car dealership and purchased the extended vehicle warranty and 2 weeks later the engine light came on and took it to local parts store and had diagnostics preformed and contacted my warranty company and while driving my vehicle stopped and had it towed to Hutch. I repair dept is amazing!! Jeffery the amazing man he has helped me through everything and did everything he could with my warranty company. Jeffery truly is a life saver and a God sent man. I praise him highly just when I thought I was screwed he had worked with the warranty company and got me a new motor and it is all paid for by my warranty company except my deductible. Jeffery truly is an amazing individual, and the repair department is amazing. I just want to THANK YOU ALL!!! God bless each one of you!!! Hutch Chevrolet has a gold repair department and should be thankful they have such wonderful people working for them.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Mac Justice and the service deparment. Last weekend I arrived in Paintsville, KY on business only to have my vehicle breakdown. With a great service attitude, Mac rearranged his work and lined up my car to be put on the diagnostic computer while I waited. After determining the failed part getting it ordered for Monday delivery, Mac tried to arrange for a rental car to allow me and my wife to continue on our weekend plans. His grandfather even drove me to 2 different rental agencies to no avail, and even dropped me off at my hotel approx 2 1/2 hours later. On Monday, Mac again re-arranged the shop schedule to get my car in and repaired as soon as the part arrived. l received a call from Mac when the repair was complete just after 1:30 pm. I picked up my car, thanked Mac for everything in getting it turned around in such a timely manner and I drove 10 hours to return home.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. They even replaced bad lug nuts with new ones I brought with me. And let me know I have a problem with a seal leaking that is under warranty so they are going to fix it for free.

Absolutely the most amazing truck buying experience I've ever had. Holly, Larry and Clinton were awesome and everyone there was super friendly. I'll definitely drive 2 and a half hours again for my next vehicle. This Dealership definitely has the spirit of God in it.

They installed a set of step bars on my 2019 silverado which I did not buy there. They were super nice and did an excellent job. That's how a Dealership should be. My truck is a Chevrolet and they are a Chevrolet dealer so they should treat me like everyone else and they did. I will be having my truck serviced there from now on.

I called the day before and got an appointment without any problem. I dropped the vehicle off that morning and they were done in less than 2 hours with service and cleaning. Amazing job.

The fact that I never bought my vehicle from Hutch, was never mentioned or any problem. Hutch management went over and above, to help resolve, the transmission problem on my Yukon XL Denali, with very short notice, when their service department was obviously very busy.
My expectations were greatly exceeded and I very much appreciate management’s concern to properly fix my vehicle as per the most recent service bulletin.
