Very convenient location, clean & nicely decorated, with excellent Baristas. The coffee was perfect 👌!

Stopped at this location just passing through town with a carload of kids, and they were simply amazing!

New location inside Food City in Keith Street is great. Imaging grocery shopping with your favorite drink in hand. They accepted my Starbucks card, as exemption the location inside Target.

This location is always crazy busy because there isn’t a Starbucks for 30 miles in any direction and it’s right off the highway. That said, they do a good job of moving people through pretty quick and there is plenty of parking because they share a lot with a hotel. Had quite a few drinks from here cruising by and always tasted right. Just a busy exit so make sure you want it!

Love this place! Let me start off by saying yes, the location is not ideal. However, my drink order is always correct and they are such good baristas. I always give a complicated drink order and they never miss a beat. I will say they are out at times of things, but that’s every restaurant. They always have a line, but they are very fast. My go-to here is a caramel iced coffee, as pictured below. Best part? Only 60 calories! To order this drink, tell them this, “Grande Unsweetened Iced Coffee, one pump of Carmel syrup, 3 pumps sugar free vanilla and light cream.”

Drive thru was down (nothing they could help) and all orders where inside pickups. I had 3 small children with me, so going in was not happening with as crowded as it was. I called the store to see how I could cancel because I couldn't figure it out on the app. She brought my order out to my car for me! They were so busy. I feel like she went above and beyond. Plus the drinks were delicious. Thank you!

Conveniently located off the interstate. Staff was friendly. The latte was awesome. Staff was friendly and I was able to get back in interstate very quickly to continue on. Only thing I will point out is that the parking lot and drive through were small and cumbersome. Be careful getting in and out

I drove to London instead of Corbin due to the excellent service I always receive here. Extremely knowledgeable & hard working staff (they were slammed) who were low on products and still knocked it out of the park in providing excellent quality. Thank you!

I didn't mind it... But a Bunch of kids came into this location all at once... Not sure if it happens all the time... But you are warned. So maybe don't come here to study hah! It's the only Starbucks for a little bit. 🙃

They always get my order right and have great customer service! They are also great at managing unfavorable circumstances. There has been a few inconveniences recently like not being able to order on their mobile app or the lobby being closed. Having management experience in retail, I know there is a reason behind these actions. Once I was in the lobby when their mobile app orders weren’t coming through to the store. I was one of these orders. They were very apologetic and made my order as quickly as possible. As I sat in the lobby, I watched their great customer service with each customer that came in expecting their order to be ready, but it was not. Every time they explained what was happening with the mobile app and were sincerely apologetic. They had shut the mobile ordering down when they noticed the issue so the problem could get resolved through corporate to minimize the amount of mishaps. More recently they had the lobby closed and the mobile app was unavailable to place orders on. I noticed they are training new employees. I appreciate them taking these actions to help give the new employee full attention/training, resulting in correct orders and a little less stress on the new person. It gets so overwhelming while in training that if you are left to fend for yourself, it can become too much. We are all experiencing short staff right now. I’m happy to have the workers that show up and we need to do all we can to keep them there! Other customers might be annoyed or angry over the inconveniences of their normal routine, but we need to look at the why behind it and the alternative. If it takes 15 instead of 3 minutes to get one drink, I’ll take that over a messed up drink or no drink at all. We all need to patient and respectful to the staff that are showing up to work. Very Nice staff. Fellow truckers can park on the side of road and walk up to store.Close to highway.

Loved it though. Thee line was a little long but we wasn't in a rush that time. They could be a little faster but the drinks we got was exactly what we ordered. And the girl at the window was nice.

My parents and I were driving through from GA when we decided to get some coffee before getting back on the road to continue the journey to Indiana! This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees are SO nice! It completely blew me away that I felt they were all genuinely happy we were there. If you are driving through London, definitely stop here! Oh yeah, the coffee was excellent too!

The best Starbucks I have ever been to. I’ve been to many all over the United States and in several other countries. By far the friendliest staff. && Shane is an amazing manager of the store. He runs a smooth shift. I go here often and if I ever have any issues it is resolved immediately, no questions asked. Very kind, fast, personable, and professional. Thanks for dealing with my complicated orders and switch-ups all these years y’all! The only complaint... it’s a small store, in a small town... but it’s right off the interstate so anyone who travels, stops... time to update/upgrade!

I left my wallet there, which was stressful. Upon calling, I found out some wonderful person found it and turned it in! The shift manager, Kevin, helped me out, and when I drove 2 hours back to get it, was offered a free drink. Friendly great employees!
