3 of my 4 kids have/had braces with WGM and we have no complaints. The girls always look forward to coming in for a visit. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and welcoming every time. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. My daughter has had her braces on for about a 1 1/2 years and doing well. The check in and check out process has always been very smooth.

I usually always hate going to dentist cause it takes so long, especially in the afternoon but here we don't ever have to wait long at all and the workers are so fast when it comes to fixing the braces and switching the colors of the rubber bands. It's cool to watch.
They're all nice and everything. Never had to wait long either. Thanks to everyone that works there for being really nice and for working fast lol

The girls at the desk are wonderful, always nice and helpful. Today I had an issue with getting to my appointment on time as my mother’s cardio consult went well over 2 hours, I called 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to see if I could come in late, they moved my appointment up and let me come in late so I could be there with my mom and I didn’t have to miss my appointment. I appreciated this so much ❤

These guys are the best! I’ve been working with them for years with all my kids and personally. And there always worked well with us. In particular I’ve been a difficult orthodontia case to work with and these guys have handled every detail with kindness and professionalism and a LOT of grace. I’m grateful that we chose them for me and all my kiddos.

Amazing staff! They make you feel like one of the family while also being very knowledgeable and professional!

Let’s start with the consultation; the staff was super informative and polite. Addressed all of my alignments problems and gave a review on how they could fix everything. Also, had trouble with the insurance accepting the procedure.. the assistant took care of all the insurance approvals behind the scenes after I left the office. I did not have to speak to my insurance AT ALL, which was A+ off the bat. The assistant went over all of the payment options and the types of braces, etc. Regular checkups are a breeze, the staff is always friendly and very informative if I have questions. They are always upbeat and make sure that I’m comfortable while getting adjustments. Had a few broken brackets during my treatment and they were always able to get me in and out in a timely manner. The facility is always clean and I have never had a negative experience here, ever. If you are self-conscious about your smile, schedule a consultation and just see how they can change your smile.. I highly recommend.
