Super clean, super friendly staff, great care and compassion from staff. They were always concerned about my safety. I was in the hospital for 9 days and was taken care of very well. I will always come back if needed. Thank you London Hospital for the great care I received.

Had my gallbladder removed in an emergency surgery and ended up having to stay for a few days. The nurses, doctors, and all the staff that works here are excellent at their job. I wish I could personally give thanks to everyone that helped me through this stressful time and potentially saving my life.

I had two surgeries 11 days apart and my experience with both was great! Dr. Preston and Dr. Depalma are phenomenal. I can only remember the names of two of my nurses (Aaron and Jen), they were excellent! They all were. Thanks for everything!

Was not a king wait. I arrived before my scheduled time and was in and out in no time. The star was kind, knowledgeable, and courteous as well as prompt. I was highly satisfied. Would highly recommend. Wish they had an OPEN MRI available here.

My husband was admission because Monticello had no beds nor did Lexington our first time there was a clean very nice doctors and staff was more than great he stayed 4 days he had a huge clean room with a comfortable couch where I slept and what a view from his window I would highly recommend this hospital.

I have been reading the reviews, I guess it just depends on your situation. In January of this year I was at work and I had been having chest pains. I never have chest pains. But this was happening for a week. I was scared from all the reading I had done that it could be a heart attack. So I told my boss. They called a ambulance. The ambulance came and checked my blood pressure which was high. I knew I had a infection, because I had the chills and I just did not feel good. The ambulance team gave me medicine for my heart and I began to feel better. Took me to the hospital. Got into the hospital in a er room and they immediately done a chest workup and blood work. I also had a xray right in bed. I had a wonderful nurse, I cannot remember her name. Turns out I had walking pneumonia bacterial infection. The nurse said there was a couple black spots on my lower left lung. I had to figure out how to get a ride back to my car and the nurse gave me a # for a cab service. I was discharged with antibiotics and to follow up with my primary Dr. The cab came, took me to my car and I went home. After a couple days, I was feeling better. I had a wonderful experience. But then again, when there is anything to do with the heart, they get you in immediately. Would I go back? I am not sure, it depends on the situation. But I was definitely treated right.

As always my Dr visit went swiftly and smoothly. Everyone from check-in thru to check-out is friendly and always willing to help or answer questions.
Dr Maxey is genuine, caring and never acts as if he's in a hurry. I truly appreciate him and his staff, they have taken excellent care of me for nearly 20yrs

Multiple Surgeries of 6 to 8 and several procedures and CRPS DRG Implant surgeries since May 2022. As well as Infusion Lab for my treatment. I am so impressed at how I've been treated as well as how wonderful the staff are.
Connie in Infusion lab is amazing and makes you feel like family, you always leave with a hug. Dr Khan and Dr. Collin Ball are amazing and they have healed me of a terrible bone infection. Even my nurses were amazing. I've made many new friends here and we stay in touch.
The cleanliness of the Hospital is 1st rate. I'm very impressed. Each room is like a spa with a large bathroom, a full sleeping couch, a writing desk, lots of closet room. I have had nothing but perfect care and amazing stays there throughout my surgeries and treatment. Love St Joseph's London and recommend often to everyone in my hometown of Somerset. Our Hospital where I live just is not up to par anymore and if it hadnt been for St Joseph's Hospital and the Specialist and Doctors in London I dont know what I would have done or even if I would have my foot still attached . I'm so grateful that I have St Joseph's in London as well as all my Dr's I use in london now also.
I'm so grateful for St Joseph's London for saving my foot. The experience was honestly nice, I felt safe. I will always use St Joseph's and affiliated Doctors in their network.

Had a good experience and always do. But I have to brag on Dr. Collin Ball, he is the BEST Foot & Ankle Specialist anywhere. You caint go to a bigger city and get a better dr., I've been seeing him since 2010 and he's like family I've been seeing him so long.

PT Solutions in Williamsburg KY has been a very good experience. My issue has been helped so much. The entire staff are top notch. When I need physical therapy again I will certainly go there.

Everyone was so friendly. It always makes me less nervous when I walk in and Everyone greets you with a smile .Everyone is ready to help you .I have been coming here for years and it's this way every time.1 would give them a 100 stars .Thank you Everyone for the awesome care you give me

Wonderful experience the staff and nurses were excellent they treated me like I was the only one there my surgeon Dr Franson was the best great hospital

I was so sick. Wanted them to hurry up and take me in first. Selfish huh. I looked around at the other sick ones on oxygen and made me embarrassed at myself. Great care there.

Absolutely the best loving&caring On nurses in Kentucky.These lovely lady's always make my stays feel like I'm at home. I wouldn't have my kids anywhere but here. All 7 little beans born here and each time has been an amazing experience. No hatefulness or anything out of the Nurse's. Plus my Doctor Krista Preston is the only doctor to have.

I received stitches last night. The hospital was busy, but the staff was amazing! The professionalism was very much too tier! I’m thankful to all the staff!

The wait was long, but eventually when I got in the back. I needed a Blood Transfusion. The Dr. & Nurses got right to it & after 8 1/2 hours I was able to go home. Thank You for all of the Assistance I recieved. Staff was Awesome! Thank You!!!

I went to the emergency room and was quickly taken in. All the staff was very professional. Tests were run quickly and the doctor talked with me. The staff was very busy but was attentive to all the patients. They made me comfortable (if that’s possible in an emergency room) and was accommodating with my spouse who was with me. Even though going to an emergency room is not fun I was treated very well by the pleasant staff.
