I would highly recommend you going elsewhere if you are considering utilizing this CPA.
Let me start:
Dropped off my taxes for personal and business beginning of April. Mind you I have a bookkeeper as well so all the information is organized so not a whole lot of work with just filing the taxes portion.
Deadline time came and CPA stated he filed an extension without consulting me first. I had to call at the end of April to even get that information.
I had called every month and they just stated he hadn’t got to them yet.
At the end of July I had called again. Receptionist stated that the taxes were on his desk and was currently working on them they should be finished by the following week.
End of August called again, twice actually, as I’ve heard nothing- both times she said he was out of the office. Finally got fed up and said I’m going to need to pick up my taxes to have them filed as nothing is getting done. She called Orie which in return he Finally for the first time called me!
He stated that they aren’t filed because he noticed we had trucking expenses and couldn’t find a truck note!! Mind you I have a bookkeeper and everything is organized and labeled on my end of the year statement showing our truck note. Which sir, if this was the case why didn’t you call me months ago to ask these questions???
Fed up I just said I’m coming to get my documents- get there and all of my documents aren’t there and they can’t explain why! Seriously, you’re in a profession where you are trusted with these fragile documents and you can’t keep them together? I understand now why you didn’t see the truck notes- ALL of my documents from my bookkeeper was no longer found.

Please do yourself a favor and find someone who truly cares and will help you!
