This is the hardest place to get in touch with. No one ever picks up the phone. No one ever returns a call or message. This is ridiculous!!

The worst place!! They lose your information after making an appointment and receiving a confirmation number. Show up at appointment time I left all required documents. Never heard back from them. Called to see if I would get the help for water bill. No Answer!! Can't leave no voice mails!! Come here to see what's going on. Now!! Now the lost my information 😡

Worse place I've ever been can't get through with a call and they hang up on you while the phone is ringing the staff is horrible to they have no respect for themselves or others they all need to be fired and have someone replace them all

My husband and I went to see why we never received any mail about snap benefits the lady at the front desk was nasty, rude, and abusive when she returned with the information what's crazy is my husband was just asking a question but she felt the need to be rude and nasty for absolutely no reason at all will definitely not be going here ever again I will be reporting her to a supervisor asap if I could give this place zero stars I would

Very rude 1 worker didnt want to see anybody they was rude and need to file grievances n watever else everybody needs to be replaced

You can never contact anyone personally by telephone and when you leave a message for a call back, no one ever contacts you
