Sunrise RV Park

Excellent rates. Very clean, laundry facility, ladies restrooms and well maintained . The entire park is stoned which helps in keeping the dust down.

Basic rv park where you can shake your neighbors hand from the convience of your living area. No kind of shade to speak of or aneminities to boast about however the clubhouse is nice.

We have stayed at this place four times in the past two years, going and coming from California. Wayne, the manager, is so kind and the park is clean. Laundry is inexpensive with new machines. All ways plan a stop here for a couple of nights. Walmart close by.

This is a great RV Park. The manager and his daughter - Wayne and Pat are kind, friendly, helpful, the gracious words & complements go on & on. I have stayed in dozens of parks, but they are warm and friendly by nature, they don't have to work at it, it just seems to come naturally. The maintenance folks are Kenny & Martha, from Kentucky, and they are the same. If there is something you need or want, any of the 4 can guide you as well as advise you of your situation or problems or desires. Not a lot of trees or otherwise , but by far the best and most friendly and comforting park I have been in in the 17 years I have been RVing, without a doubt.

Small quiet place. Friendly people. There is a Wal Mart right down the road. Tonight they are have country music in the loungers. Gravel lots that are easily accessible. Very reasonable rates $17-23 a night. We got $15 a night because hubs is a vet. Monthly rates are very reasonable. Working on updating the place.

Price is right. Owners very laid-back.

Sweet people. Just stayed overnight. Can't beat the price! if you have an older motorhome or trailer, it looks like they don't mind here. Not saying they were trashy. All looked in good repair, but some parks are snobs about anything older then 10 years. Better stop for the night then Las cruces. Would stay again coming through.

Great RV park for $17/night. Full hook ups, pull through and easily got my 38' diesel pusher towing a full size truck into the spot. Very nice gentleman on the phone also!

Nice facilities. We stopped here passing through and decided to stay a few days. Deming NM is a nice place.

Fantastic place staff are the greatest. Gravel roads but we'll kept, very very nice, and price can't beat. Wish we had more time to stay, but I will go out of my way to come here again

Been coming here for years, clean, rarely kids, dogs leashed and cleaned up after, all our winter family is here, the rent is very affordable and best of all the owner and manager are very friendly. This is the best park in Deming.

Called the manager late on a Sunday when they were closed. We had had a tire blowout between just past Deming, damaging our motor home. After getting roadside service, we turned around and had another blowout coming back. He told us to set up anywhere for the night. The following morning after hearing what had happened he closed the cash drawer and wouldn't accept any money.

Nice, clean, well maintained park. With the best management you can find. Great place, good people and a friendly atmosphere. Easy access, conveniently located.

WE COME HERE YEAR ON OUR WAY TO az and home to Mn people here are so friendly we have had to stay a week because our motorhome was being repaired they found us a great mechanic Jimmy's RV what a great guy if you get to Deming and need repairs this place is great and it is only $20.00 a night!

Gave it 5 stars because gentlemen who signed us in was very nice and full hookup was 20.00 what a deal.

Nice little RV park with very reasonable rates. Mostly full time residents and everyone we met were very friendly.

Can't say enough good about the help they gave us when we showed up with refrigerator problems on a Sunday night. Very clean and friendly park at bargain rates. We will be staying there on future trips.

Full Hook Up w/50 amp, right out in the open not much shade but pricing is great $17.00 a day (july 2015). Would stay here again if passing this way again.

Wayne is Great ! Older Park with lots of new upgrades, very accommodating next time in area this is where we'll be!!
