Best Western Deming Southwest Inn

Was unsure about this place when I drove up to it. It looks scary and shady. But it's a nice quiet place. Clean rooms, accepted my 🐕 with open arms. The woman checking us in was wonderful and super friendly. Wish I knew her name. The bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again. Breakfast was good as well.
Storm coming in looked scary this morning from the hotel, wanted to share..

We have stayed at this location a couple of times. It's convenient, right off the highway and its not far from stores and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the staff are always helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff was gracious and helpful. Double queen room was handicapped accessible and convenient. Room had been recently upgraded with tile floors. Clean. Comfortable beds. Made for a good nights sleep and convenient for our pup. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful choices. Nice to have NM Green Chili for eggs or hashbrowns. Belgian Waffles looked great! Nearby Mexican Restaurant very tasty!

My favorite place. Old school motor hotel where you can park right outside your room door. It is very nicely done and the staff is friendly. I will definitely stop again when I pass through Deming.

A great choice for your stay in Deming.

Being a single level property, it was great for the mobility challenged senior citizen traveling with us.

The 2 queen beds were comfortable and allowed a good night's sleep for everyone.

One interesting feature of our room was the roll down blackout shade. Every other place we've stayed had curtains that didn't always do the best job of keeping the sun out. This one worked very well on the east facing window.

Breakfast was good and the small dining area was well maintained.

One observation more about the integrity of the other guests than the property was how the parking rules for vehicles pulling trailers were ignored.

When checking in, I was told about the separate parking area for combination vehicles. It was a short walk from our room and not much of an issue for me.

Upon going out for breakfast on our day of departure, I saw 3 vehicles pulling trailers parked in the main parking lot.

So that our mobility challenged family member had a shorter walk to load up, I parked in front of our room for maybe 10 minutes.

That is a valid short term parking reason, laziness on the part of other guests on an apparently unenforced rule is not.

Exceeded our expectations. Good location off highway and close to variety of restaurants. Very popular, most rooms were filled.

It does the job no wow factor but it’s a clean place to stay no bed bugs and nice Mexican restaurant right down the street by sonic also truck parking was a huge plus if I’m in the area I’d happily stay here again.

Transporter. Conveniently located off I10 with large parking for pulling trailers. The room was nice and clean. Good customer service. Would definitely stay here again.

Service was great, the room we stayed in was awesome, very clean, comfortable bed, and the size of the room was very large. We had the breakfast....my favorite thing for the breakfast was the coffee and the fresh fruit. Overall, I will definitely stay here again.

All ground floor rooms. Beautifully appointed and spotless. Staff was friendly. Breakfast room is a little cramped for space. Will def. stay here again!

Best breakfast hands down of any hotel! Maria at the front desk is absolutely amazing, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel experiences!

Great price, Great room. It's a roadside motel in Deming NM. Keeping that in mind, it's one of the better Motels we've stayed in cross country over the years. Laid out nicely. All rooms are accessed directly to the parking lot. Large clean grounds. Rooms are large and clean and it's pet friendly. Everything we needed. Also, a large, free breakfast. Rooms are back away from the Highway so it's also quiet. Will stay here again.

1) Maggie checked us in and she helped change our reservation to a better room, and better explained things I missed when making the reservation. She's awesome! 2) Contact the hotel DIRECTLY to make your reservation if you'd like to apply military or other discounts because that option was not available through a 3rd-party website. 3) located next to the freeway for quick access to resume the trip. 4) Maggie is awesome! Yes, so awesome I had to mention it again.

Excellent truck parking. Friendliest receptionist, she let me grab some breakfast at 4am even though serve at 6. Apples, oranges, bananas, cream cheese, just what I needed to keep me going. After 6, they do have hot breakfast, and the only one we saw!!!

Very nice hotel. Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful! Rooms very nice spacious and clean. They are valued great plus give a cdl discount. Very glad I stopped and found this gem.

It is very close I10. First time experience this location. It is very quiet if you don't turn on the heater. I could park right close to the door. The bed is very comfortable...easy sleep. Good free breakfast.

Only issue was with Charges, for 3 nights, Accumulated over $500.00, waiting for refund of overcharge...

We traveled from Chicago on our way to Tucson...stayed at 4 dif hotels. We r now at the best Western in Deming NM....the front desk lady Maggie was the best greeting and easy check in we have had ! She was terrific.

While on a 35 hour drive, halfway through we needed to sleep. At 1st glance, seemed sketchy. But it was far better than expected. My room was very nice and clean. No dust or anything. The only issue I had was the shower drained slowly. Other than that, great service, great room!

When pulling up I was a little skeptical as it was an older looking outdoor entry into rooms but to my surprise this little Hotel was excellent. Customer service was excellent. Room was clean, had (2) sinks, the TV remote actually worked really well (DirecTV), all rooms are on the 1st floor and they don't charge for pets if you tell them you have one. Thanks Best Western!
