Showed up at 1745 for a 1845 appt 12/2. Office lady was on break. She came back in at 1815. Was given wrong pu #, has to start with 00418, or 00419. Figured that out from rate con and was given a door straight away. Loaded immediately, bout 30 mins,and paperwork was ready by the time I made it back to the office. Commented to her how I was ready for a 10 hr break bc of reviews. She said not anymore, they cleaned out the riff raff. Load is secured by 2x4s and plastic sticks braces. Scaled with a full tank w tandems all the way up and loaded perfectly. Maybe I got lucky, maybe they've turned it around. God speed to future drivers doing pu there.

Despite all the bad reviews I've been reading here, I had a great experience with this Company and it's employees. I've been misinformed by the broker about my appointment and I showed up 4 hours late. They worked with me and unloaded me in a timely manner. The whole time I was nice and polite, and they treated me very polite and showed me willingness to help. I noticed they treat people the way they are treated. Try stop labeling people, you never know what they've been through that day. Open that door with a smile and kindness, you might make someone's day, including yours!

Was told can park at the end of the docks overnight. Room for about 4 trucks

Wonderful job they did unloading me.I got there a little early an they took me right away. Finished me within an hour. Couldn't say better things about the place.

I checked in . Talk to Angie and Darell. They got a door and loading right away . My appointment was 1445 . I arrived at 1415. Pleasant atmosphere.

Great place to unload. They have several over night spots to park in. A little tricky to get into the place make sure you take wide turns with your rig. Keep it between the ditches.

Came here a few times, quick load and unloads.. nice folks in shipping, overnight parking available. Bring a safety vest

Nice friendly people... fast loading.. be aware you must have face mask and safety vest.. if not they will not deal with you..
