Shawnee Park

The natural playground (behind the regular playground) was a total surprise and made this park such a perfect stop for our family. It is a beautiful installation honoring the value of natural materials.

Beautiful place to sit and just meditate at the beautiful pond, especially when it lights up different colors at night, it's beautiful!

Such a gorgeous day. Lovely historic park. The kids playground was new and had several things to offer. I loved the wooden obstacle course for kids to play on. Restrooms were close.
There were also courts and baseball. Such a nice park.

The winter wonderland was a beautiful effort! If the city would put more money into the community it would be really something special. With it being free you really have to look at the effort and like I said, it was beautiful ❤

Great clean and peaceful place to walk or run. I enjoy running laps up and down one of 2 set of stairs. Small step but one is 110 steps high.

My son and I decided to go for a walk. We started around 40th and walked to the park. We found a bench off to the side, below a big beautiful tree. We sat, talked, enjoyed the breeze, and each other's company. Park is clean.

I bring my German shepherd here at least 3 times a week for play time. There's plenty of space for catch.

I I grew up at this park, it's kind of remodeled, it looks more modern, it's beautiful

This park is very clean & The Winter Wonderland scenery was very beautiful 😍 ME & My kiddos really enjoyed it!!!

If the weather is good a good nice walk plenty for seating to look at the scenery

There has been some changes overall but good ones. Brings back so many good memories!!!

We visited this park for a family event. Very spacious. The water park along with playground was very convenient considering we have children of multiple ages. Bathrooms were stocked and pretty clean considering they're conveniently located right next to the playground. Hands down that was the best feature. Plenty of shade as well.

Rode my bike over here on a beautiful sunny day. Smelled barbecue enjoyed good company play basketball and overall had a good time.

Our experience at the Cadillac Show was great! The weather was amazing, and everyone came out to enjoy and have a great time. We loved it❣

A beautiful park to visit, lots of play areas and picnic spots. The pond is nice too, and had plenty of seating.

A beautiful park! It's huge and offers plenty of space for activity. There's tennis courts, basketball courts and beautiful baseball/softball diamonds. Come use the brand new boat ramp, that's also nice to just go and look at the Ohio River. There's a pond with brand new chess tables and chairs. In addition, there's spaces for picnics and concerts. There's multiple playground and water park areas for children. A new structure will be built soon, and I'm looking forward to how it enhances an already fantastic park.
